Very well.  Jordan's staff was very professional.  They moved my furniture and were very respectful and careful with my personal belongings.  The job took about 2 days longer than I anticipated but it was all good.   The flooring turned out great and aside from a few giant hand prints on the walls after they were finished, I was very pleased with the outcome. I would use Doninion again without hesitation

Jordan worked with me along the way. I had initially set out to perform the work myself. Once I figured out I was over my head I gave him a call. Jordan is a really nice guy and strives to make things right for you until you are happy. The final work looks great.

I used Dominion Construction for a build out for my store. I had a pretty tight timeline for the project, and it was met! Needless to say I am very happy with the outcome of the store. The project manager did a great job keep me up to date on the progress of the build out. He was very responsive to my calls and requests. They truly went the extra mile on this project by staying late for inventory deliveries when I couldn't be there, taking care of everything outside of their scope of responsibility!  Highly recommend To anyone who needs a remodeling done!

From the minute I contacted Jordan until now I have received top notch service.  He and everyone that works for him are honest, reliable, and you can really tell that they care about the work they do and they will get it done right.  We purchased a home that needed to be completely updated, we had to break it down into a few steps and he helped me to manage this.  Jordan worked with us every step of the way to make sure we were always informed.  There are so many details that went into this renovation and he and his employees were on top of it all the time.  They finished within the time frame that was given to us which was awesome.  We have a few more steps to complete and I wouldn't trust anyone else to do the work!  I would highly recommend this company!

The work they did was really good. They were very professional and the staff was friendly. Everything turned out just fine.

I had water getting in the house.  Got many bids.  Jordan was reasonable and made the most sense.  He started a few days later - said it would take a a couple days.  It was done in a couple days.  One spot got water again - he came out right away and fixed it immediately.

When we bought our house in Sept 2011 we realized that the location and the property was exactly what we wanted. The house had a "cool Austin feel from the outside"; HOWEVER,  it was too small for our large family and hadn't been updated since the mid-80's and the interior layout was a series of tiny rooms that were very "closed" and stuffy. (Oh, did I mention the cheap rough wood paneling on EVERY wall in the house? It was like living inside the Keebler Elves Tree AND the master bedroom's toilet sat out in the open in the bedroom- My wife told me she wasn't moving into the house until we did something drastic about that... To quote her "The prison style toilet in the middle of the open room is interesting, but I would like to keep a little 'MYSTERY' in our lives).
Originally, we were going to do the remodel as a "Phased" approach on the house based  up the size of the job in total and the time it would take to complete enough of the home for us to move into it as we didn't want to be there during the remodel process.
When I contacted various remodeler's to get bids and their perspective on the what would be the approach there was a consistent them:
1. That NO ONE could do a remodel on the house in the time frame that I was looking to achieve. 
2. They couldn't give me an estimate for a few weeks and even then the bid would be a "rough estimate" and I should expect overruns in cost.
3. Lastly they wanted me to hire "their" architects for the construction and electrical layout work even though I told them I could provide that personally.
Ultimately, I did get several bids from 3 different general contractors and Dominion was the only one that was upfront about the approach and expected time frame for each part of the house remodel. I hired Jordan because he also told me HE would personally be part of the work crew and would be at the house everyday and wouldn't leave any contractors unsupervised while doing my home.

The home is in Travis county so when it was originally built it didn't require city permits from Austin. This created challenges, first since there were NO inspections when the house was built in 1984 we discovers some SUB-STANDARD work that had been done previously....... as we started the tear down of the walls and saw that much of the support 4.x4 wood columns had been "Tunneled out to run electrical plugs". This tunneling totally caused the house to be structurally compromised. Jordan made sure to show me what the issues were every step of the way and had worked up ways to address these type problems by replacing these columns with 4x4 tube steel and wrapping it in spruce so that they matched the feel of the house but were much stronger. Needless to say as the "deconstruction" of the old interior progress we found many other issues that Jordan quickly addressed and did the utmost professional job in improving the structure and the overall look of the  home. 
The project to remodel also included adding an additional 800 sq/ft to the second floor. This was a massive job on a very short time frame as the core of the house was also being worked at the same time.... 
The home and addition was completed between Sept 1, 2011 and Feb 15, 2012 and was done with craftsmanship and by a company that stands by it's work. Jordan was ALWAYS available and was quick to response to any issues that might arise.

We contacted Dominion and was put in touch with the owner Jordan. Although they currently had several high priority jobs ongoing, Jordan agreed to fit our job into their already packed schedule. My mother-in-law was coming to visit in a few short weeks and Jordan was able to somehow get everything done so that the house was polished when she arrived for her visit.
From the excellent communication to the stellar quality of the work, we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Incredible attention to detail, no corner cutting, and very reasonable pricing.
We won't hesitate to use Jordan again for our bathroom remodels and upcoming addition we're planning. Thankful we found Jordan on Angie's List and will recommend in a heartbeat to friends and family.

Jordan is a business owner that does what he says he will do, you can count on him to keep his word and that stands out today.  He also makes certain that the quality of the work is good and he is exceptionally knowledgable about his craft.  He is capable of doing very complex work and bringing his experience to add to what "Can Be" in a project.  That is what Jordan did for me in basically gutting the insides of a nice home and replacing walls with arches and angles, creating new room spaces and giving boring walls life.  I trusted Jordan with a key to my home and will hire him in a heartbeat on my next project.  Knowing the right person is everything, and Jordan is the right person

Jordan's work was simply fantastic, we were very happy with his competitive pricing, the whole project and the outcome.  The whole project was completed early in 3 weeks, and we got everything that we asked for. Jordan was very honest throughout the whole process, he definitely cares about the customer. He was also very patient with all our questions and concerns.  Sometimes, we would call him 6-7 times a day with questions and he would patiently discuss them with us, and always offer reasonable solutions.  His whole crew was also very professional and respectful, we didn't have to worry about leaving anything in the house even when we were not at home. The quality of work was great too, we didn't have to worry about him cutting corners to get the job done.  The Dominion group is a very hard working and amazing crew, and I highly recommend them for any remodeling job. This was a great experience for us.

Working with Jordan has been an excellent experience.  I had NO previous experience with remodeling  but he was very kind about explaining all sorts of things and answering any questions.  He was able to tell me how to remodel with a limited budget.  Other companies would have done a nice job for a lot more money.  Jordan was willing to work with me on keeping costs down.  I went over budget only when I chose options that exceeded the budgeted price.  I wanted a pretty quick remodel and Jordan's staff were willing to come early and stay late.  By selected and ordering all supplies ahead of demolition, they were able to finish each job in 2 weeks.  I chose to have them done sequentially instead of simultaneously.
Both rooms are gorgeous and exactly how I hoped they would look.  Jordan is very responsive to questions and will schedule a return visit for any newly discovered 'touch-ups' that I find.

Jordan came through for us in a pinch!  His arrival was a breath of fresh air, especially having just endured a botched job by another contractor.  Jordan was precise, thorough, and meticulous in his work. Even when the task required extra effort on his part, he did whatever it took to meet, if not exceed, our expectations.

Our lesson learned: call Jordan FIRST next time!

We had an outstanding experience! Professional, friendly, prompt, extremely though and committed to deliverying excellent results, no matter the task. Work went very well. Jordan and his crew were very professional, punctual, and clean up over the 3 day job was very good. One problem came up that was not of their doing and they went out of their way to solve it and finished the job early. I will definetly use them again.

This was a major job and we received quotes from three contractors. Dominion provided the most detailed quote with itemized description and costs. Generally all three quotes were comparable. Considering this was a major job, we vacated the whole house and it was extremely important that timelines were followed and tasks completed. Jordan / Asha were very helpful from the beginning. Jordan even helped us move out of the house driving the moving truck. Asha spent a lot of time with us taking us personally to granite yard, tile / wood selection etc. All their suppliers are high quality and makes for an efficient process. You also get better pricing. All the work is subcontracted to his regular trades. Jordan was at the site most of the time and supervised all the work. He locked the house at the end of every day and made sure everyone cleaned up after themselves. All trades are skilled; particularly we were impressed by the flooring work. We did have issue with kitchen cabinets but Dominion handled it directly with the subcontractor and had to pay for replacing many of the panels. Generally change order process worked quite well and I have to say that they are very reasonable on chargees for change orders. We are not handyman type and were apprehensive about taking on such a major job. Jordan is extremely flexible and that made whole project relatively painless. He gave very good advice but at the same time left the decision with us. Asha gave great suggestions on interior decoration. The whole job was mostly completed (90%) in amazingly four weeks allowing us to move back into the house. We did have some issues and they were mostly related to lack to engineering drawings. There were no engineering drawings of the kitchen and medicine cabinets resulting into some mishaps. As professionals this is something they must improve upon and is my only constructive feedback. Overall we are thoroughly enjoying the remodelled home and I am certain that whole process and outcome has a lot to do with our choice of Dominion. They are easy to work with, ethical and responded fairly to our issues. We highly recommend Dominion on projects described as above.

Jordan Petrich is an exceptional professional. He provided reasonable estimates for cost and time of completion, and met both. He did an outstanding job of coordinating his crew to ensure the job was done right, keeping us well informed on all aspects of the project. Through Asha Petrich, Dominion provided excellent (and needed) interior design assistance that ranged from colors to product quality in purchases. The entire crew of workers were effective, courteous, and as non intrusive as possible. Jordan saved us money and time by refinishing certain metal trimming on site to match the new bathroom decor, making replacement of sliding glass doors and shower glass unnecessary. Dominion Remodeling & Construction produces outstanding results at reasonable costs. I highly recommend this company for any remodeling or construction project where high quality is a key ingredient.

This job was initiated by a burst water pipe in the attic that damaged the kitchen walls, ceiling and den ceiling. We called Jordan because he had done an excellent job repairing the mistakes another contractor had made at our office. His responsiveness and quality were far above expectations, including coming over on a Saturday afternoon and getting an estimate by the first business day (Monday). Only problem during construction was a subcontractor damaging a piece of moulding and Jordan made it right immediately, including having a custom matching moulding made. Jordan will work with you and expects his subs to provide the same excellent level of service he provides.

We LOVE our new kitchen and bath and could not have done it without Dominion's input and assistance. They demonstrated professionalism and patience every step of the way and we ended up with a better finished product then we imagined. My family and friends have raved about the transformation.

The owners were on-site every day to oversee the quality of the work and communicated with my husband and I throughout the project to assure they understood exactly where we wanted which colors. They understood that we were anxious to move in so we could list our other home and they stayed on track. When the job was complete we were thrilled...the result was a beautiful interior paint job that really updated our 1970's home.

This is the second time I've used Dominion, and I had the same very positive experience. Jordan was in constant communication about the project, was personally involved most of the way, and had a very professional approach. In my experience no remodeling project goes 100% as planned; what is important is that you have a contractor that keeps things on track, can make adjustments, is ethical, and is up front about problems (potential or real) and addresses them when they happen.

They completed the job in four weeks. I liked the way they came up with the prices. I had an original price and as I changed something, they would rewrite the contract with the correction and the amount on it so that both of us could keep track all along as the changes were made. I had many additions and it kept up with the work they were doing. They worked really hard to do as much work as they did in four weeks. They gave me ideas on doing things without spending too much. They saved me the cost of the new kitchens cabinets when they redid the original cabinets. They did everything I wanted to get done. They didn't fuss at me about the changes or additions I made but made sure it was all recorded. The contractor was there every day and always answered the phone. I never had a problem getting hold of them. They were able to get in before I got there and stay until however late they needed to work. They were there almost all the time from early in the morning to late at night. They were very professional. They made sure I understood the cost and agreed upon it every time there was an addition and they got me to sign the contract that was redrawn. I would and have recommended them to others. This was their first job that was so huge and detailed.

From start to finish his crew was highly professional, clean, courteous and super efficient. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking quality craftsmanship, specialized remodels and just an overall great experience!
