My project was creating additional barrier walls in a home for the PadSplit app. We had to add 3 electrical outlets, as well as connect a clothes washer that required all lines electrical and water to be ran. Alex was cordial, easy to work with and genuinely cares about the work and level of craftsmanship that goes into the project. You will meet Dario and others on his team who are incredibly polite, clean, and efficient. Project was completed in a little over a week. Budget: initial bid around $7800 + taxes, two owner approved add ons elevated the project around $600. (Plug relocation, and dryer vent routing) Payment was made in 3 payments over the life of the project. I like this as it lets you see the project be started first. Alex kept me in the loop every day and came over in person to inspect, and recommend updates to the job. "Got quotes fair price first was going to be extra because of all the leaves that needed to be picked up and extra trim leaves were never picked up, then next schedule date no show a week later they came by only did the back because they were running late and would come back the following week to do the front yard that never happened. When I called their office and explained this to the lady she stated she would talk to owner and would get back to me that never happened then a couple of weeks later one of their works knocked to see if I needed service I stated the above and said yes please he started to blow the leaves out front five minutes later they were gone and paid each time. I called their office and this time I spoked to the owner he stated the same as the lady before him and I got the same results no replies and now they avoid my calls."
