I'm sorry for the misunderstanding.I didn't refuse to provide a proposal. I explained to the customer that the cost for this small project would not be a value to him. I directed him to talk to a lawn maintenance company in the neighborhood that should be able to do his project at a good rate, since he was already in the subdivision. I was actually trying to save the customer money and look out for his interest, unfortunately it resulted in a grade of F.Service Provider Response
