"Steve and Josh came out today to replace the grille and some insulation in my bathroom. They both knew exactly how to go about dealing with the odd size and dimensions of the grille and the opening and also how to go about making sure that the mildew would not reoccur in this setting. They worked together well, were professional, knew their stuff, cleaned up after themselves and were friendly to work with. I'm so glad they came out and got my situation sorted out. I have used Aire Serv in the past and will definitely use them again. Thanks guys."

"They were friendly, honest (so many other contractors outright lie to you), accurate with their bid, prompt with keeping the installation appointment and thorough from the initial contact to the completion of the job. Service rep followed up with an inspection after the job was complete. Only 2 things I could say were slightly annoying were the screws left on the garage floor (but I was expecting some anyway from a previous contractor's work) and the fact that the sales rep did not deliver the rebate forms until it was almost too late to claim the rebate."

"Ronnie was awesome. They communicated multiple times about time and date (reminders leading up to the day) and when I showed up he was already complete with the drone footage and doing his inspection space by space. He was thoroughly knowledgeable and very kind and personable. He eased a lot of concerns and then sent over a 13 page report with photos and directions. It was amazing and totally worth the money for peace of mind Amin this whole process. I will be using their services a few more times for this and Ronnie laid out the next phase and who would be doing what. Overall, it was really great. Highly recommend!"

"As always, the team at All Star A/C & Heating Services here in Houston came through for us. Air went out in the downstairs unit at my kids home. It turned out to be a capacitor and the fix was only $269! We have been so happy with the honest and fabulous service that we’ve had with these guys for a decade now that we would never even consider calling someone else. We had been ripped off by other companies in the past who replaced entire units that were only a few years old rather than servicing just what was needed. All Star was founded by a couple of guys who got tired of working for dishonest companies that encouraged them to replace unnecessarily, and just wanted to do the right thing in their lives and work. "I Highly Recommend Stacy Calahan at Calahan Construction & Air! It was in middle of summer 2019, hotter than you can imagine inside my house even with 2 portable a/c units running in LR trying to mitigate some of the heat while waiting on my a/c company to help me. I found Calahan Construction & Air... Stacy came out quickly diagnosed the problem right away, my unit was dead (I had been nursing it over last few years) but I couldn’t purchase a new unit until I got in a place to fund a house remodel. So, I needed a used 5 ton unit - not an easy ask, but Stacy found one and installed it w/in 24 hours for a price that did not break the bank (about the same cost as 2 top of the line portable air conditioners, which I returned!) He was professional, responsive, and quick at a reasonable price! Stacy listened to me, took ownership of my problem, was kind & caring and best of all got the job done quickly at a price I could afford...all in the middle of summer (his busiest season) when other air conditioning companies are charging premium prices or up selling, Stacy Callahan got me what I needed not what he could sell me! "I would use this company again and again. They were responsive, punctual, and SO respectful of our home! One of our AC units was dying but limping along, and they came out and gave me a realistic idea of what it would take to fix it and what that might mean overall. We opted to replace it. They gave us a great deal and were patient and worked with us as my husband was in the hospital with a serious medical condition and I was scattered as I tried to schedule the work."
