"Arranged to do the move on Sunday in order to meet my schedule. Didn't charge a premium for outside of normal business hours.  Due to heavy rain all day, the job was delayed until about 5:30 pm. William went out of his way to get the move completed as quickly as possible and within budget. He and his co-worker were extremely careful, well organized and diligent. Once started the move was completed within the agreed upon time and went without a hitch. I would use them again and I am actively sharing the positive move experience with all who I know are facing a similar move. "Jake called me about my move and we negotiated a price, was a little more than I expected, however, we finally came to a fair price. On moving day they showed up and completed their work in about 3.5 hours and i have a 3 bedroom home. Delivery was in less than the 7 days that Jake estimated and nothing was broken. they even reassembled our beds and kitchen table which made my wife very happy. "JD was very responsive along with Ryan. They were able to re-do the keys top to my action along with tuned and regulated. Also oil treatment for the cabinet and attach a lyre. I bought a piano that was built in the 1910s and needed work on since it hasn't been serviced in quite a while. JD came out for an inspection and then we went from there. Prestige Piano truly gave my piano life again for many more years to come. I will only use them from now on to move/service/restore any piano. Great job guys!"
