It was great. A friend gave me the piano. It had been in storage for several years. I don't think it had ever been maintained, it is approximately 40 years old. It was a mess. It is now 90% correct. After it is played regularly, it will need a follow-up tune-up in 6 months. The service was awesome.

I am a pianist who studied piano for 21 years and had always played on a yamaha. We saw Perfect Pitch on Facebook and scheduled a tuning for the piano I traded and bam!!! I have an unusual antique piano that had been in storage for 2 years. Piano was a challenge to tune due to its age. They did a great job and were very careful with the parts that were fairly brittle. Appreciated their obvious experience with tuning an antique piano and their attention to detail. Enjoyed learning from the friendly conversation too. Definitely recommend and certainly would re-hire.

The piano could no longer be tuned. The gentleman explained what had changed, and why the piano could no longer hold a constant pitch on certain notes.

We're in the process of moving off the continent and are trying to sell our baby grand. After finding positive reviews on Angie's list, we hired Brandon to appraise our 1970's refurbished baby grand. He came all the way to The Colony, TX, was on time, courteous, and thorough. He was so honest and thorough that he asked us for more time to complete the appraisal since our piano was a unique model of Baldwin that had only been in production for a limited amount of years. I love his honesty! We had a verbal appraisal done and later we called Brandon again for a written one. He was so very accommodating, responsive, and such a great lister on the phone. We highly recommend them for the fulfillment of your piano needs.

Piano is now in tune and no longer has a foreign object underneath a key.

I had wood floors installed in my formal living room, and the piano had to be moved until the work was completed. They came on-time and VERY carefully packed, padded and moved the piano into an unused area until the work was done. I really appreciated that they took extra precautions to make sure that everything was sealed around it, because dust was EVERYWHERE- except on (or in!) my piano. They also left extra padding to make sure that it was super protected from dings or dents. When they reset it after the work was done, they were really great about the whole "A little more to the left, now right just an inch... no wait!" thing. I had no idea how the brass had gotten - it had built up a thick, green patina from moisture (from my dogs or from mopping). But they looked NEW when they brought them back. The tuner came out about a week after, and he was great. I knew it was ridiculously out-of-tune- I had to leave the house while he was working, it was THAT bad! But he stayed until he got it perfect. My piano looks gorgeous and sounds great... These are the only guys I'm gonna use.

The movers were very meticulous and very careful with moving my baby grand Baldwin. It was nice to have pros come out and do the job right with all the proper equipment. I've heard of horror stories of people hiring regular movers to move their pianos and only end up with badly damaged instruments. My advice: hire real piano movers! Brandon and his crew are excellent.

They were right on time and took extra care of my instruments. It was nice to know they had all proper equipment and a legitimate moving vehicle and trailer.

They were there a few minutes before the scheduled time. Very polite. Most importantly - very knowledgable, careful, and skillful in moving this very old piano. The gentleman in charge was training a newer person and talked him through every step, every move, lift, tilt, and turn. This gave us a little insight into how he was thinking and planning several steps ahead. Super impressed and grateful that my vintage piano was handled like an antique in the Smithsonian. Actually, I wouldn't be surprised if these guys were regularly used by museums, they're THAT knowledgable and careful. Price was also more reasonable than others.

Perfect Pitch was amazing. I can't begin to tell you how precise and remarkably smooth they handled the move of our vintage upright piano. It was a tricky series of angles but they made it look easy. Great professionals and I would highly recommend them.

Dan the cowboy is awesome. I will never forget this gentleman as he performed the moving of our piano is such a professional and creative way. There aren't too many individuals like Dan and Tate left in this world. Do not be deceived by their size, it's the quality and attention that made all the difference. I would certainly recommend this group to anyone.
