"The salesman sold us on a job that was not what he sold. The job started a day late, took 1 1//2 days longer and almost went over the weekend with 11 holes surrounding my house. Most of the crew were very hard workers but a few liked to take long breaks, sitting in our outside rocking chairs leaving chicken bones for our dog to choke on. I was to told that when they left, I would be left with a foot high wall of dirt/concrete surrounding 3 sides of my house. The hoses that were dug in the patios were filled quickly at the very end of the job and dried uneven and look sloppy. I had to call 3 times to get someone to come back out to fix the cracks in the outside walls as promised by the salesman. I was told that there would be a job foreman visiting at least once a day and would keep me updated on the progress. I saw him once, the very last day to get the check for the job."

"I am very happy with what they did for my back patio. I did get a few other quotes to have patio redone. The cost for having it redone was way more than I was willing to pay. There was an obvious slant in part of the patio and large crack going across it. The technique used leveled out the patio. The crack was filled in. The patio is now ready to be used more and also ready for resale. It would have had to be fixed before I would try to resale . I have that large project taken care. Also knowing there is a 2 yr warranty on the job is nice to have."

"Miguel was prompt and kept in good communication.  He worked with me to verify type of gravel used as the base, and assisted with installation of an improved vapor barrier I supplied myself, (two layers of Tu Tuf #4 and form sides consisting of Foamular 150 glued to the concrete permimeter beam in the garage).  Concrete pour of 5 inches of #4-reinforced 4000-psi concrete when very well, sloping 2 inches from back to front, and smoothed nicely by his team throughout the afternoon into early evening.  Highly recommend M & T Concrete, will ask them back for the rest of the driveway.

We are in a time when customers are quick to complain and find fault with the quality of work that has been completed. I am doing just the opposite.Abry's team was professional, friendly and very helpful whenever I asked any questions and they took the time to carry on a conversation while they were working. Their work ethic and attention to detail totally impressed me. They put in nine piers and at the end of the day—I can honestly say that there was NO evidence they did any work. Everything was put back and it looked as though nothing was disturbed—right down to the mulch in the landscaped areas. Every one of the individuals I came in contact with at Abry Brothers was helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Beginning with setting up a time for Troy to come out and do an inspection of the foundation. He was very informative and helpful in making a decision to do the foundation repair. Followed by the structural engineer who was also very friendly and went out if his way to schedule a time to meet me at my house. "Mr. Ed Wise at E-Tex Foundation Repair in Gladewater, Tx (903-331-3278) said the procedure would take a total of three days, told me everything that needed to be done, and kept in touch.  He called the day before to tell me they were coming out the next morning.   He and the crew were very friendly, and worked quickly, efficiently, and professionally.  After digging out four pier holes, they laid cement and left it to dry through the next day.  He called the next day and let me know when they were coming out on the third morning.  They arrived on time and jacked the slab to re-level and shimmed with solid concrete blocks and plate steel shims.  Ground areas that had been lost were filled in with dirt and well-packed, and concrete pieces and dirt stabilized my driveway.  Everything was cleaned up from the work area, and I was extremely happy with the results.  I would recommend this company of very friendly, very competent people to everyone I know.  With the work guaranteed (with a transferable warranty) for 30 years, I have nothing but the best to say about the people and the services rendered.  Excellent communication from Mr. Wise beginning with my first email to the company for a bid through the completion of the job!
