The construction quality was so good on my bungalo that was built a year and a half ago, I decided to have the patio enclosed as well which was recently completed. "1. He was slow....wanted to talk instead of work
2. He had to go to Home Depot for an extension for the fan (I got the wrong one), it took him an hour....it is less than 10 min from my house.
So it cost me $120 to install a ceiling fan and cut and install a rubber weather strip.... ( it took him only 15 min to install)  
I could have called Home Depot to install the fan for under $99......so this was not a great deal.
