"They responded to my request on Angi.com within minutes and gave me a time frame for the technician to arrive. The technician (Mike) arrived near the beginning of the window and gave me a quote. Once we settled on the work to be done, he completed the work within an hour at the agreed price with no hidden charges. If I ever have any future problems with my garage door, (hopefully no time soon) I would definitely hire them again."

We've had two other companies look at our wrought iron entry gate and had been told that it was our battery.  We replaced the battery, but continued to have problems with the gate opening.  I call Premier Entry Systems and spoke with Les and explained that it might be our solar panel.  He asked several questions and thought that could be the problem.  I asked or an approximate cost and he told me he would check and call me back.  He was quick to return the call with the cost and said he could have someone come to our house the next day.  He was informative, courteous and very helpful.

The next morning Kevin came at the time he told us he would and check the panel and indeed it was not holding a charge.  He also checked our battery and said it was okay.  He installed the new solar panel in a very short amount of time.  Again, he was informative and courteous. 

We could not have been happier with their services and will definitely use them in the future.  Our neighbors are having a similar problem and we will share our experience with them and hopefully they will use this good company as well.

"About 2 years ago is when I originally called Lonestar Overhead Doors for a garage door problem we were having.  The door wouldn't close, and the person I spoke with kindly walked me through the process to fix it.  It was very simple IF you knew what to do and they graciously shared this information for free.  The next time the door wouldn't close I tried the same fix as before, but it didn't work.  I called Lone Star again and asked for an estimate.  They said it would be a $30.00 service call with a minimum of $89.00 labor.  They again started trouble shooting the problem with me over the phone and I was able to fix it myself.  They saved me another $119.00.
I recently needed to add a gate to an existing fence and I called them again.  I had all of the materials and I just needed the labor.  They came out and removed old posts and fencing and added two more posts to set the new gate.  The installation required two trips because the concrete had to set before they could hang the gate.  They charged me  $300.00 to do it all.

"The crew was a bit sloppy when Joe wasn't around, but he had them return to re-do a few places and clean off areas where the concrete/mortar should not have been placed. There wasn't anything than couldn't be fixed."
