Noe and his amazing staff kept us updated from start to finish. They answered all of our questions promptly and they even took our vision for our project a step further by making recommendations about the design that proved to be better than what we had envisioned. Vitela’s took great care in tailoring our project and transforming our living room into an aesthetically and stunning room. He made recommendations about the electrical outlet, hiding the TV and other entertainment cords, and he took his time to make sure everything was done perfectly. I have a trench that was dug by his workers in my backyard and this poses a safety risk for me and my kids. Armando lied to me that the job is completed and has passed inspection, upon calling the city, there is no documentation for any inspection request. He is no longer responding to my calls or text messages and lies about the status of the project."
