By far one of the worst experiences I have ever had. He failed to show up with samples or written contract as he promised. He was suppose to show up at 9am to start the job and didn't show up until after 4pm. His plans for my floor were not what I wanted so he told me to come up with a new design. He refused to give me my $1k refund. Weeks later I was served court papers where he was suing me for Breach of contract. The service was not provided therefore i cannot comment on his quality of work. A written contract was not provided or signed, and now he continues to refuse me my refund even after I have a court order issued by the judge showing that he must refund me my money since he failed to show up to court. He has also threatened to sue me for defamation if I left a bad review, so I am careful to state only facts that I can prove if in case he decides to take me to court again.

The first time it went very well, however we called him back to reapply the sealer and there were numerous quality issues. It took weeks to get him back out and when he finally arrived, he claimed he knew how to fix the issue. Well he didn't ... it took weeks and he attempted several different "fixes" but none of them worked.

After 10 weeks not one project has been completed. The granite isn't finished. The floors are far from finished. The shower door is in pieces in the bathroom. It took a week and a lot of threats to get him to complete the plumbing so that I had running water in the kitchen, one floor is partially complete (he ran out of wood). He claimed he ordered the wood, but the wrong shipment came in, but refused to provide his supplier so that I could verify this. He lies constantly, doesn't show up when he supposed to and accomplishes absolutely nothing. Not one single thing has been completed and my house has been torn up for 10 weeks. He has a deadline of June 1 and the wood has not even been purchased yet. I suspect he has spent the money I gave him for the wood elsewhere and it will never be coming. Hardwood must acclimate for at least 72 hours where it will be laid and he still has not produced it. My neighbor can verify the accuracy of this review. I have had to hire a housesitter to let them it and take care of my pets while they are here and she can also validate my claims.
