I had a guy named Luis come to my house to give me an estimate to renovate my manufactured home and it was more than obvious he didn’t wanted the job because he started throwing some ridiculous high prices out of nowhere. I’m sure expanding the kitchen and bathroom of a 1981 Mobile home is not 100k 😂 He could’ve saved himself the time and let me know he was not interested from the beginning, besides the guy never followed back with me so please don’t come using your excuse about using the app you mention in all your low ratings.

If you want your project to be finish on a timely basis DONT HIRE THIS COMPANY. We made the mistake to trust this people With our home project. The project was supposed to be done on 12/06/2024 as of today 02/26/25 still have not been completed. Their costumer service is awful take forever to answer and always making up excuses. They already got their paid for a project they did not finish. Find someone else to do your project. Don’t trust this company for the money they charge is not worth it. I wish I could give them zero stars

We hired ROi for a complete kitchen and living room renovation. We wanted an open concept and did not think it was possible. Not only was it possible, the craftsmanship and quality of work were above our expectations. They even came back 3 months after they had finished because I had asked them if they could move the range hood. They moved the hood at no extra cost, we definitely recommend hiring them!

Our overall experience was ok but not what we expected. I did my due diligence in researching various companies for our remodel project. We chose ROI based on their marketing and the appeal it creates on IG. We figured paying more meant better overall experience and quality, unfortunately that was not our case. The project was turned in on 12/6/24 but after cosmetic follow ups they finished on 2/20/25. Pros: approachable, marketing, interior designer (Manu), project manager (Josue), aesthetics. Cons: lack of communication within ROI and amongst their subcontractors, time (never had a set start/finish time) one day they’d show up at 8, next day at 10 and so forth. I had some guys show up at 7pm one night for the faucet alignment, received 1 email throughout project(6 weeks) of progress when the contract states they’d send one every week, too many cosmetic issues before/during final walkthrough (Ex: Sheetrock plastering/taping was done very poorly, island was crooked multiple times, spice rack rattled during closure, water backup in washer plumbing that leaked an enormous puddle in our home nearing the final walkthrough, ceiling where repair was done cracked within a week, and hood vent not properly placed above stove.) Were all the issues eventually fixed? Yes, so kudos to them. But the point of paying top dollar for a job is so these issues don’t arise. Prior to beginning, a plumbing issue had been brought up to where I’d have to pay more on top of the negotiated price but their own contract gave me the leverage to where the owner Luis agreed with me and bit the cost on that. So integrity was shown there on his behalf. I’m a reasonable person to deal with and my expectations were to not have so many minor/major issues arise. Again, our kitchen was complete in 6 weeks and our vision was carefully thought out and brought to life.

Best experience I've had with ROi, highly recommended. The whole team did an amazing job at our home and we also recommended them to our family and friends.

This was my second project with ROI after having a great experience with the kitchen remodel in Dec 2021. This second experience was not as great as the first, there were mix-ups with grout colors and wall painting among some minor incomplete details. Overall ROI did do their best to fix the few issues and they seem like a solid company, it did seemed like my project was small compared to what they are used to, the service seemed lacking this time. Jafet did a good job. In the end, the painting and the grout work were satisfactory, The entertainment cabinet they installed is top quality. They did finish the project on time.

This was a remodel of the majority of my home. Luis and Josue worked closely with me, listened to my ideas, looked at the pictures from Pinterest I saved, and with the help of the designer, Cynthia, provided me with a spectacular, magazine-worthy home. They were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. They showed up every day ready to work, dealt with numerous changes/additions that I requested throughout the project, and did so with a wonderful attitude. I donâ t think many people can say they throughly enjoyed the process during a remodel, but I had a blast. My home turned out so much better than I ever dreamed possible.

I hired ROI Construction and Maintenance to do a kitchen and bathroom remodel in my home. I selected them after receiving several estimates from other contractors. The reason I selected ROI was because of all the others, they spent the most time with us and had the best vision for our project. In areas that we were unsure of, they provided suggestions and guidance. Together we were able to come up an awesome game plan to create our dream kitchen. The project was quite extensive and involved removing a wall and rerouting plumbing. As you might expect, with such a big project, there were some unexpected glitches along the way. What I think impressed me the most, and why I highly recommend ROI, it that as minor issues/problem arose, they just addressed them. They didn't try to gouge me for more money. In fact, during the project, MAJOR plumbing issues were discovered. At this point, I was really at a position of disadvantage. If they wanted to, they could have really taken advantage of me. I suspect, a less honorable contractor would have. Instead, they completely fixed the issue and only charged me a modest amount for the extra work involved. Lastly, a couple of months after the job was complete, I noticed a water leak under my slab. There was no way to tell if this was from the work that they performed or a completely unrelated issue. I called ROI and explained the issue. They sent plumbers over to help solve the problem. I was promised that if the leak was a result of their work, they would take care of it. As it turned out, the leak was unrelated to their work but their reaction shows that they are obviously ready to stand by their work. As far as the completed project, WE LOVE OUR NEW KITCHEN. I highly recommend these folks.

Excellent communication. Project delivered on spec and on time. We spend most of our family time in the kitchen and now it looks like something out of a magazine. Excellent work!
