"We are so fortunate to have found Lubbock Improved! They helped us with a major home remodeling project where we moved an existing bathroom to an adjacent area of our house to open the kitchen to the living room. We have a two story home and were initially unsure if this was even possible/feasible. We had at least 2 contractors tell us "no way." We had 2 never call us back. We had one contractor tell us it was possible but quoted us an insane amount. We had almost given up before we found Andrea and Lubbock Improved. She employed a Structural Engineer to make sure the project would be safe before starting (again, project was on the first floor of our 2 story home). We were very apprehensive at first, but this quickly went away after they started. Steve, one of her main construction personnel, is very easy to talk to and was always happy to share what they are currently working on and even any difficulties they ran into. They showed up to our house at the same time every morning (8am) and let us know if they were expecting be late for any reason. We were very comfortable letting them in our house when we were at work (they even brought in our Amazon packages). Living in a construction zone is never fun, but we are fortunate to have lived through it with Andrea, Steve/crew, and Lubbock Improved!!!"

They did a whole bedroom remodel for us that involved pulling out windows, doors, sheet rocking, siding, texture, tiling, installing baseboards, paneling and painting. They also built an enclose for my washer and dryer. Everything they did was perfect. Even the price was perfect. "I got a deal from Berger about their table pad and just in time for my new dining room set. I didn't have time to set the template due to a new baby in the house. A few months later, they still honored my deal! WOW! I sent it in and they made the pad pretty quick. Shipping was fine and the fit was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone! "I needed a drawer repaired for a duplex we owned to get it ready for a client to move into within a couple of days. Dean did the work while I waited for it at his shop and it only took him a short time to complete. It was beautifully done and the price was great. I have used him since then for similar work as well and plan on using him in the future to built a complete set of kitchen cabinets for our duplexes soon. I highly recommend him for anyone who want's extremely good craftsmanship and done with kind, considerate, caring people you can trust every single time."

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"Very well. She was very accommodating. We only got a 48 hour notice to be moved out of the apartment and she was able to commit to getting the apartment clean on such short notice. Place looked and smelled great. Would highly recommend. We also had her husband move the contents of the apartment with a 48 hour notice. He and his crew did an amazing job too."

"We hired JG Construction to remodel our Master Bedroom, Master Bathroom, and walk in closet complete with built-in dressers, clothes racks, and storage space. An interior wall was moved 5ft in order to create more space for the shower expansion and tot rebuild complete with all new plumbing, tile, texture, paint and trim along with custom built cabinets on each side of a his and her vanity. The Master Bedroom was taken completely down to the studs and redone with new insulation, sheet rock, texture, paint, trim with all new doors being hung to finish. They did an amazing job and I would highly recommend them to anyone and will use again for future projects!"

"They are a nice provider. I talked to them on the phone for about 30 minutes and they sent some samples. We were able to get a discount on designer purchases but not useful on designing the space. Once we told them what we wanted, they were able to help purchase from the warehouse and save about $1,500. I think they became too busy with this big deal. You buy a ticket per room and we still actually have a couple left with this provider. After redesigning one room, we kind of ran out of steam and have not designed the other rooms. Overall this is a good service and it's a good concept. Whomever I spoke with, she was really nice. I would recommend this provider. This kind of service seems to be for people with time and knows exactly what they want. They are super helpful with the designer discount from the warehouse. They don't actual design your room which is slight flaw."
