Lubbock Improved

We are so fortunate to have found Lubbock Improved! They helped us with a major home remodeling project where we moved an existing bathroom to an adjacent area of our house to open the kitchen to the living room. We have a two story home and were initially unsure if this was even possible/feasible. We had at least 2 contractors tell us "no way." We had 2 never call us back. We had one contractor tell us it was possible but quoted us an insane amount. We had almost given up before we found Andrea and Lubbock Improved. She employed a Structural Engineer to make sure the project would be safe before starting (again, project was on the first floor of our 2 story home). We were very apprehensive at first, but this quickly went away after they started. Steve, one of her main construction personnel, is very easy to talk to and was always happy to share what they are currently working on and even any difficulties they ran into. They showed up to our house at the same time every morning (8am) and let us know if they were expecting be late for any reason. We were very comfortable letting them in our house when we were at work (they even brought in our Amazon packages). Living in a construction zone is never fun, but we are fortunate to have lived through it with Andrea, Steve/crew, and Lubbock Improved!!!

Love my new kitchen with granite counter tops, ceramic tile and new appliances. Andrea was very helpful with ideas about colors and materials to use. I was glad that I was able to arrange for carpeting of the other parts of my home at the same time.

You'll find good builders, and you'll find good designers, but you'll rarely find both in the same team. Lubbock Improved is EXACTLY that. Not only is their construction quality and crew top-tier, but their design guidance is on-point. Andrea, Travis, and their team did a fantastic job with our patio enclosure! The appearance seamlessly matches our exterior brick. They took a lot of time and effort to ensure the end result has absolutely exceeded our expectations!

Hard workers they get it done right

We had a fantastic experience remodeling our home in Tech Terrace. We were truly partners throughout the entire process from designing custom cabinets to picking carpet. They guided us to make smart updates to modernize our home but at the same time helped us maintain the home's unique character.

She is professional & friendly. She gives great advice, but also lets the homeowner decide what they think is best. If problems arise, she is absolutely on it. Over all an absolute pleasure to work with. I recommend too everyone I know .
