Albert and his team were extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction.  My initial visit with Albert I accidently gave the incorrect measurements. When I contacted him after he had already ordered the product, he was very understanding and made adjustments to the order without any issues. They were able to start working within 2 weeks. The floor looked amazing when completed, but unfortunately the grout turned out much lighter than expected. Albert went out of his was to make it right! Even coming by with his team on two separate Sunday mornings to test a stain/sealant and then apply. I was so impressed that he was there with his team to make it right.
