The tile repair took place in front of my front door. There was a Excessive Heat Warning in place due to how hot the weather was. Daniel did a very thorough job despite the heat and the tiles were repaired and replaced in an excellent manner. The look of the tile is seamless. You cannot tell that the repair was done in that all the tiles look like they are all original tiles. I am very happy with the work that was performed

I hired Dansa Remodeling to clean, repair and grout a tile shower in a condo I recently purchased. Daniel quickly discovered that water had been leaking under the tiles for a long time due to poor construction and maintenance. The amount of damage was overwhelming. Daniel walked me through the entire process. He made suggestions to help save money. My shower is now beautiful and drains properly. Daniel and his helper did a great job. Daniel is knowledgeable, diligent, honest and professional. If needed I will hire Dansa Remodeling again.

Daniel was great! We had an issue with some tile in our bedroom that needed to be replaced. He took his time and made sure everything was done correctly and that the end result was perfect. I hired Daniel to re-tile and seal grout on the bathroom wall. He arrived on time and worked tirelessly for over 7 hours with only a 15 minute pause for a lunch break. The work was great, the finish was clean, and he was very pleasant to deal with. Will definitely hire him again.

Costly but worth it.

Daniel's assistant reglazed by shower floor which turned out fine. I want to say Daniel was honest with me and helped me save several hundred dollars by being honest with me about 2 of my bathroom sinks. I thought they also needed to be reglazed or worse replaced. Daniel looked at them and then asked if he could use a fine sandpaper on them which I agreed to. It turns out it was just my hard water built up in my sink and around my faucets. I was able to sand them and bring them back to their original beauty by myself. Thank you very much Daniel!!!

DAnsa Remodeling was a lucky find for me. May townhouse had basically been destroyed by serious foundation issues. Daniel came in with his crew and put it back together..new sheet rock, plumbing problems, new paint, new hardwood floors, in a timely manner. He arrived when he said he would. He was also willing to help with smaller issues. Daniel, owner, is altogether a good, honest and diligent person who does not shrink from various problems that arise in reconstruction process. You want to get the job done your going have to pay the price. Most professional's have you at their mercy. So I paid the high price to get this small job done.

Daniel he is a professional, does excellent work, focused, dependable works until the job is finished. He also inspected the work the roofers did after they finished. He explains why, how and what he is doing each step of the project.

Daniel has had to replace my shower threshold because last year the contractor did not slope the tile to drain back into the shower, it leaked onto the bathroom floor. It was wet under the tiles he had to remove so had to let it dry out. Daniel is very knowledgeable and a good troubleshooter. He also did other woodwork jobs that the contractor left incomplete. I'm so happy to have FINALLY found someone that seems trustworthy and that does a great job. Thank you, Daniel!
