Luis and his crew were amazing! Living with carpet and pets is never a good combination! Luis came out assessed my project, provided a reasonable quote and worked with my availability! Plus, he was very personable! He was helpful in answering my questions I had about the products needed! He kept in contact and got the job done before his estimated time frame! Will definitely keep them in mind for future projects and would recommend them!

I have been through many contractors and have never met one with as much work ethic and pride of work. I feel as if they are family to me as well of a job they have done. I can't express my gratitude enough for Luna's Tile and stone. My wife envisioned it and they made it happen! I will tell all my friends and family about them... If you want the best craftsmanship use them! One of my dogs Dobbie fell in love with them and if my dog trust them they are good people!

Hire them!! If you are on the fence about which tile company to go with, hire them! In the 17 years of home ownership I have never worked with a company that is as meticulous at their craft as Luis and Felix. They come in at a great price point and have an eye for design. I wish I had more areas for them to tile but after they did 1500 sqft of flooring on our ground level, tilling the fireplace, 2 upstairs bathrooms and the primary shower and tub they have done my whole house. They are truly the best! Luis even helped me with some plumbing issues in my kitchen and 1/2 bath. Fabulous gentlemen!

We had 2,300 sq ft of tile laid. We have floor tile that s missing grout, grout that has holes in it and grout haze everywhere. We have one whole wall of tile in master bath that s crooked. Both bathrooms he remodeled are missing grout and caulking. Wouldn t recommend Luis or any of the contractors he refers. His painter didn t cover any of our floors to paint ceilings etc and our floors are covered in paint splatter and paint drops. We have walls with missed spots, he got gray paint on white ceilings and did a awful job on painting all of our cabinets. His countertop guy made a bad cut in our new quartz which caused it to crack from lack of support. He did a apoxy fix which looks awful! We re having to spend thousands to fix these mens work.

Luna's Flooring and Roofing helped me to repair a job that was started by someone else. I was very distraught and worried about what has taken place in my home and had no idea how it was going to be corrected. They made me feel at ease and communicated with me step-by-step throughout the whole process. My project consisted of kitchen backsplash and an accent wall with tile. When I walked into my hoome after everything was done I had tears of joy bc the work was amazing, I am beyond pleased with the outcome. They did a phenomenal job bringing my idea to life. The time it took them to do the job was unbelievable they started the job and finished it within 3 days. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants the work done correctly the first time. You will not he disappointed. They are definitely on speed dial.

We have lived in our home for over 18 years and decided it was time to make some renovations, updating and repairs. We interviewed several contractors and there was just something that stood out about Luis. He may appear to be young, but there was just something about him â  he was very knowledgeable, came right in and measured, showed us pictures of his previous work and genuinely took an interest in what we wanted to do. He was on time for every appointment and actually listened to us when we were all over the place. He never appeared to be in a hurry or rushed and today we feel like he is a part of our family. We started with the floor and Luis came in with his team and laid the most beautiful porcelain tile I have ever seen. They had to break out some hardwood and tile flooring to begin. Felix laid all of the tile himself and did a masterful job. Felix is hardworking, dedicated and one of the few people today that take so much pride in their work! Someone at my work said â  you are so lucky to have the same person to lay all of your tile!â  Most contractors use whoever shows up that day for work so sometimes the floor does not match. I had no idea! But my floor is spectacular and I cannot say enough great things about Luis, Felix and Hector! They showed up every day on time ready to go to work and worked long hours. My shower had not been used in at least 14 years, tiles falling off and who knows what â  Felix did an amazing job! It is so beautiful! He rebuilt everything including a new bench, added extra areas to put your shampoo and soap â  words cannot describe how pretty it is! The one thing I do want to point out for sure, we are not done with the renovations â  it is all on us â  but Luis checks at least once a week to see if we are ready â  he is having someone make new vanities for the bathroom, painting everything from the rooms to baseboards (all new), plumbing, helping with our outside deck and landscaping, and anything we might need! He stays on top of a job until it is done and for that we are so appreciative. If you need have any doubts or need any more convincing on who to go with, please let us know!

Luis stepped up, showed integrity and we are so grateful for all the help. We are Harvey survivors and it’s been slow going as far as repairs go. We had been waiting a few months for a contractor to return to do our floors but they kept postponing. Ultimately did not show up. Luis reassured us, kept the line of communication opened, and stuck to his timeline. We are so grateful and the floors are laid so beautifully! Highly recommend this company!

I hired them to replace tiles I needed for the kitchen & foyer before selling our house. I ve had other tile people who did my bathrooms and how they placed the grout and spacing was not even. Luna s flooring placed & spaced the tiles wiith precision! I rated their work with quality, efficiency, proficiency. They got the job in timely manner as promised. They were the 3rd company I interviewed and happy with pricing! I will definitely use them again when we get our new house!!
