Our rental property had a water damage on the ceiling and wall. After the wall was taken down, he informed us that there was a need to add $50 to restructure the frame. I couldn t judge if it is really needed since I don t really know the process, but we paid $50 more than our previously agreed-upon price to get it gone. The finished work was good.
