I asked a lot of questions because I had never constructed a culvert before, and Mark was very responsive to all of my needs. He did a nice job of listening to my goals for the project and responding with a design that met my needs and the building code.
Mark was onsite and directly supervised his crew through the project. He also updated me regularly after the pour regarding the status of inspections and the days when the sidewalk and driveway could be used.
I live in the Heights and get a fair amount of pedestrian traffic. Without being asked, Mark installed signage to inform pedestrians and barricades to secure the work site and my yard.
The quality of the driveway, sidewalk and culvert is outstanding. He really did a nice job on sloping the driveway over the culvert so that water drains appropriately and that a "ridge" is not noticeable over the culvert. The crew removed all debris and left the work site very clean. I would strongly recommend Houston Hardscape.

Greg and company at Denver Realty Experts are on a level of their own. Their competition pales in comparison. The attention to detail, knowledge of the Denver real estate market, personable interface, and fast response time impressed me every time I hired them!
Through Greg and Denver Realty Experts I bought (2010) and sold (2013) my home in West Washington Park.
As a first time homebuyer in 2010 I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. Greg was a perfect fit. Prior to signing any contracts, Greg sat down with me to identify my expectations in the form of wants, needs, and must haves. With the guidelines defined Greg worked tirelessly to find the house of my dreams.
During the process of searching for the right home, Greg provided valuable advice on what to look for in a home, worked issues that arose along the way, and helped negotiate a price that was in my favor.
Three years later in 2013 I hired Greg and Denver Realty Experts to sell my home. My goals were simple. Sell the home as quickly as possible and reap a substantial return.
Greg and team acknowledged my goals and achieved them!
When selling my home in West Washington Park, Denver Realty Experts advised me of the current market conditions and illustrated [based on historical data] what I should expect to receive when the sale closed. His marketing expert, Kelley,
successfully marketed the house with the help of local stagers and solid marketing write-ups to achieve the desired price. Tanya, Greg?s real estate assistant, was also instrumental in helping me sell my home. When Greg was out with other clients she was always available to answer questions or discuss the plan going forward.
I am very pleased to recommend Greg Eckler and his company (Denver Realty Experts) to anyone wishing to buy or sell a home in Denver Colorado!! He is an outstanding agent and one that I hope to use again in the future.

They do costume rental, and they also do party stuffs too. By comparison, the quality of their stuff is not quite as good. It is just like a commercialized warehouse. Either you make your costumes or get it from internet sources. It is like the costumes you wear when you were kids but only for adults. They have a lot more of those kinds of costumes that are good but not quite as detailed or professional. They are cheaper. There is a big crowd in there. They tend to be more commercialized like lots of fake gloves; you can be a priest, a nun, a village people kind of costume shop, a construction worker or a policeman, the standard costumes. There are people there who know where their stuffs are, and they can help you find it. They just have a parking issue; you just kind of slug through the mud. It is a messy affair. I contacted APS in the summer of 2010, which would allow enough time for the project to be completed to qualify for the deductions. I met with Mr. Bannister to do a site evaluation, to make clear the scope of the project, and to relay the goals that I wanted APS to meet. He assured me that he understood and that my goals would be met. The agreement between Mr. Bannister and myself included that the largest PV system the site could support would be installed and the project would be completed before 2011. At some time in December, he made an off hand remark that room was left to install more panels if I decided to increase the array in 2011. Also, the system was not completed until January 2011. Part of the energy improvements included the addition of a solar powered roof vent. The placement that Mr. Bannister described was near the roof peak on the western face with a southerly facing tilted panel. It was placed on the south face next to the PV panels. Prior to the installation I asked Mr. Bannister if the crew would need access to the inside of the house. I was assured that access would not be necessary. Granted, Mr. Lofton was in charge of the installation. The crew needed access repeatedly. During the installation, I asked Mr. Lofton if the crew needed any further interior access. He assured me that all interior aspects were completed. However, once again, an APS employee misspoke. Therefore, to give the electricians interior access, I was forced to leave early from work so the electrician could gain access into the attic. The crew did not enter the attic during the 3 hours that I was there. I spoke to them directly and asked if they were ready to go inside and the response was, ?No?. They continued to work outside for several hours. They then loaded their truck and left, leaving the garage door open. I chased their truck down the street to ask them when they would be back. The response was ?sometime next week.? Access to the fuse boxes in the garage was available at the start of the project. The crew left the main garage door open when they left. Mr. Lofton was notified after the first time and assured me it would not happen again. It happened twice more. During this time, the garage and cars inside of the garage were vandalized and I incurred a loss of over $4,000.00 in merchandise and repairs. Mr. Lofton and Mr. Bannister were aware. They assured me that if they needed access they would inform me the day before so I would know to leave the side door unlocked. Mr. Lofton called to say the crew could not get in the gate because it was locked. Even though I knew this was not the case, I had already come to the unfortunate realization that I wasn?t dealing with the most reliable workers, so I called a family member to assist. Upon her arrival, the crew was in the garage, the door was open and they had been working for over an hour. Mr. Lofton did not call me back when he knew the access he had asked me for had in fact been provided. He did not inform me after that episode that the crew needed access to the garage again (after he had assured me they would not) and they broke into the garage. Our neighbor confronted the worker to inquire about why he was crawling under a door that had been left cracked for our cat. Mr. Lofton called on Tuesday (12/21/10) to ask if the city inspectors could have access to the house the next day. During our prior conversations about scheduling access and who would need to be in the attic, not once did he mention inspectors. I asked him if they would need access to the interior and he said he wasn?t sure. I asked if he could find out and because he was unable or unwilling to give me an answer I scheduled the inspection for the following Tuesday when I was off work for the holiday. When I called APS Tuesday (12/28/10) morning to inquire about the scheduled inspection, Mr. Richardson was not informed of the project?s progress and assumed it was ready for inspection. I informed him that they had not finished the project. Within 30 minutes and unbeknownst to me, workers were sent to my house. Mr. Richardson arrived to await the inspectors. I asked, ?What happens if it does not pass?? He responded,?It will pass!? I asked again, ?What will happen?? He again said, ?It will pass.? It did not pass inspection. Ropes and tools were left on the porch and roof. Cigarette butts, water bottles, pieces of stripped and cut wiring, and random hardware were left in the driveway. I was repeatedly told that the company had many other projects that demanded the crew?s time and that APS had to contract out much of the work. Therefore, Mr. Bannister could not vouch for them. It was obvious that my project was not a priority. I have yet to receive the final checklist and the inspection certificates that I requested from Mr. Lofton. The final payment will be sent when I receive the requested documents. I wish your business practices matched your diligence in collecting the final payment."},"url":"https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/tx/houston/alternative-power-solutions-corp-reviews-6189877.htm"},"position":10}]}

If you decide an in-ground or wall-mounted basketball hoop is best for you, you should consult a basketball hoop installer. They will have the necessary tools and experience to install these correctly and safely. If you were to try to install these yourself, there is a risk of injury or improper installation, which could lead to damage to the hoop or your yard.
The cost to install a basketball hoop can range from $200 to $5,000. This price heavily depends on the type of basketball hoop you choose, as some require equipment and some do not.
For example, you can most likely assemble a portable basketball hoop yourself, with a cost of $150 to $500. However, if you're looking for something more permanent, a roof-mounted hoop requires specialized tools and roof anchors, costing a total of $2,000 to $5,000.
The time to install your basketball hoop depends on the type of hoop you're installing.
For in-ground hoops, it's best to allow at least five days total for the entire process, which includes any utility marking, hole excavation, anchor placement, concrete pouring and setting, and final setup of the hoop itself.
The time to set up a mounted basketball hoop is significantly shorter, with most projects completed in just a few hours.
While there's not a lot of definite research, some experts suggest that an in-ground or wall-mounted basketball hoop can add value to your home by increasing curb appeal. In addition, having a basketball hoop is an attractive feature of a house since it promotes physical activity, especially for children.
There are many different types of basketball hoops available to choose from.
Portable hoops are fully moveable and generally do not require assistance with assembly.
Semi-portable in-ground hoops have an anchor cemented in the ground and a removable post.
In-ground hoops are fully built into the ground as one piece and cannot be relocated after placement.
Wall-mounted hoops do not have a post or pole and work well when space is limited.
