The new site was created in just a few weeks. The software he uses is very simple to understand and manage.  I have been adding bits and pieces of ships history to the site as time goes by.  The best feature is the Guestbook link that allows searchers, usually former sailors who served on her, their families and relatives doing a search the web, to find us and comment. All inquiries or postings are sent to me as web master for approval before they are posted on site.

Jon is the consummate professional and is so knowledgeable. He was incredibly helpful from beginning to end and provided us with a beautiful website that was previously more sterile.  I would without a doubt recommend him and will be using him for all of our future projects.

I was impressed throughout with Jon's expertise and professionalism.  Everything was delivered on or before the date we were told. Particularly important was how well he dealt with us as very non-technical clients.  He brought us along at each step, helping us understand the process, and at the end, left us with a set of videos specific to our site explaining exactly how to maintain it and make changes on our own.  Our site is beautiful and functional and already getting a lot of compliments.  I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with or a better result.  From the outset, Jon has spent time on the phone making sure of exactly what I wanted, checking to make sure that his ideas matched with my ideas, and then getting the job done FAST.  He was completely open to changes, and he suggested ideas that I never would have thought of.  One of the best bonuses is that he makes videos of the site when it's done and shows you how to update it yourself.  Still, he has been there any time I had additional questions or problems.  The longest I ever waited for him to call back was about an hour, and that's pretty amazing.

I have had countless compliments on the look of the site as well as the easy navigation.  I am still continuing to work on the front end of the site, but I have found it very easy to add stock, make changes, upload pictures, post blog messages, and send out newsletters.

I talked to a few other places about doing this job, and they quoted me prices 3x what Jon did this for and I guarantee they wouldn't have had the personal service that I got here.  I would recommend him to anyone!

I manage a website for a small syndicated radio show and while I maintain the site and manage the updates, my technical knowledge is somewhat limited to exactly what I need to know to get the job done.  After discovering our website completely blank (that's right - just a plain white screen) and trying all day for answers, I found Jon Schroeder with Red Blue Concepts on AL.  Jon was extremely prompt in his reply to my message and offered to speak with me on the phone right away.  He walked me through a few trouble shooting possibilities and stayed on the phone with me the entire time we tested different options.  After some troubleshooting, we were able to get the website partially running, but it needed further repair.  Knowing that cost was an issue for us, Jon recommended a company that specializes in WordPress issues at a small flat rate.  We spent a good half hour on the phone and he did NOT charge me.  He was helpful, patient, thoughtful, courteous and professional.  He even asked me to follow up with him to make sure that the other company took good care of me.  I was thoroughly impressed with Jon Schroeder and Red Blue Concepts.  A top-notch company and a stand-up guy!  We will definitely call on him in the future and recommend him to other business associates and friends.  Thanks!

Are a furniture dealership design group that create learning spaces for College and Universities.  Our previous website was a flash website and people were unable to see all our content on mobile devices. We knew we had to change our website to mobile but had procrastinated doing this due to the extremely hard and frustrating experience we had with our previous web developer. Due to clients commenting about not being able to access our content and the realization that over 40% of clients were using their mobile devices to access our content we reluctantly began the search process for a web developer who knew Wordpress and how to
convert our site with the least amount of pain as possible. Using the web and Angie's list we narrowed down our search and then began by calling and doing phone interviews. I remember very vividly speaking to Jon With Red Blue concepts and hanging up the phone impressed with his knowledge, and helpful manner.

 When we were ready to pull the trigger I called Jon and he told me reluctantly he was covered up and would be awhile before he could help us.  He said we could call with any questions and  would be happy to help even if we went went to another vendor.

Long story short I looked at his work called other clients he had helped and waited for Jon.

So glad we did. He was so accommodating and easy to work with. Walked us through all steps and patiently  waited for content from us as we deal twith everyday business along with the web development.

Jon followed up with us, reminded us, encouraged us, and made the transition pleasant and stress free. His use of personal videos to show us how to change, use, and tweak our site are great.

One final word. I have never met Jon face to face but his service and business style have given us a benchmark in service to strive for. This was a great experience for me!  I specifically worked with Jon Schroeder of Redfish Bluefish Media and he was a consummate professional all through the process of designing and building the web site.  Jon Schroeder made this process very easy and all was completed by phone, and without the benefit of a face to face meeting.   Jon Schroeder designed and built a functional web site that explains my business model in a manner that provides the viewer of the site a good idea of what we do.  I am very satisfied with the web site and how it operates.  I now have a very professional site that I can use in building my business.   In addition, all of the contractual details were met and the cost structure of contract was also met.

I e-mailed Redfish Bluefish Media late on a Friday night. In my e-mail I informed the company of the services I needed. I also requested an estimate of what it would cost for them to take on this project.. I would have to say i sent this e-mail close to mid nite. I was anticipating a response to be the next morning. To my surprise, Jon Schroeder responded to my e-mail about 15-20 min later, requesting the link to my broken website. He wanted to take a look at it. I sent him the URL immediately. He e-mailed me back about 1/2 hour later explaiing what could possibly be the problem. And, that it would take about 3 hours to repair. He informed of the cost of those 3 hours, and that he would glad to resolve my problem. In his e-mail he hit upon what the problem might be. At that point I knew he was well aware of what he was doing. So I contracted him (verbal) for the job. And he commited. In les than a week time, amongst his many other commitments. He repaired, enhanced and made more efficient my website. I'm completely satisfied with the work Jon has done. And would STRONGLY recommend his services to anyone in need of website reconstruction or building for that matter.

Red Fish Blue Fish created and designed a beautiful web site and new logo as part of the rebranding for my business. Jon's response was excellent! Through many conversations with him, I felt involved in the design of my site. In the background, meanwhile, they were busily installing management and statistics features that I’d never thought of but which have proved very useful. Furthermore, Jon was very knowledgeable about the features that were required on the site to make it the most effective. He was very flexible in his approach; came up with lots of ideas; was honest about what would not work and worked towards the deadline I had. The best thing for me was, the incredible training videos that Jon created specifically for my site.  These videos provided all necessary information on how to use the content management system, which I thought would go straight over my head, but to my delight it didn't and I have since updated the website all one my own. I've been organizing painting tours for artists for 20 years. My clients use a secure form on my website to submit credit card information. In the past couple of months I've been receiving an enormous amount of machine generated spam on that form. Maybe 100 - 150 a day, and I had to wade through each one before finding the legitimate submissions. I missed some and that caused some problems. I contacted Jon and he created a simple Captcha form on my site and it stopped the spam dead in it's tracks! He was great to work with - responsive by email and phone. Now I'm discussing with the possibility of migrating my site over to Wordpress.. But whether I do that or not remains to be seen. I just know that his solution for my spam issue saved the day.

We moved along from design to implementation at a good speed. We were able to edit and change our site until it looked exactly how we wanted it. They even trained us on how to update the website.
