Greg and company at Denver Realty Experts are on a level of their own. Their competition pales in comparison. The attention to detail, knowledge of the Denver real estate market, personable interface, and fast response time impressed me every time I hired them!
Through Greg and Denver Realty Experts I bought (2010) and sold (2013) my home in West Washington Park.
As a first time homebuyer in 2010 I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. Greg was a perfect fit. Prior to signing any contracts, Greg sat down with me to identify my expectations in the form of wants, needs, and must haves. With the guidelines defined Greg worked tirelessly to find the house of my dreams.
During the process of searching for the right home, Greg provided valuable advice on what to look for in a home, worked issues that arose along the way, and helped negotiate a price that was in my favor.
Three years later in 2013 I hired Greg and Denver Realty Experts to sell my home. My goals were simple. Sell the home as quickly as possible and reap a substantial return.
Greg and team acknowledged my goals and achieved them!
When selling my home in West Washington Park, Denver Realty Experts advised me of the current market conditions and illustrated [based on historical data] what I should expect to receive when the sale closed. His marketing expert, Kelley,
successfully marketed the house with the help of local stagers and solid marketing write-ups to achieve the desired price. Tanya, Greg?s real estate assistant, was also instrumental in helping me sell my home. When Greg was out with other clients she was always available to answer questions or discuss the plan going forward.
I am very pleased to recommend Greg Eckler and his company (Denver Realty Experts) to anyone wishing to buy or sell a home in Denver Colorado!! He is an outstanding agent and one that I hope to use again in the future.

They do costume rental, and they also do party stuffs too. By comparison, the quality of their stuff is not quite as good. It is just like a commercialized warehouse. Either you make your costumes or get it from internet sources. It is like the costumes you wear when you were kids but only for adults. They have a lot more of those kinds of costumes that are good but not quite as detailed or professional. They are cheaper. There is a big crowd in there. They tend to be more commercialized like lots of fake gloves; you can be a priest, a nun, a village people kind of costume shop, a construction worker or a policeman, the standard costumes. There are people there who know where their stuffs are, and they can help you find it. They just have a parking issue; you just kind of slug through the mud. It is a messy affair. They are as professional as they can be. They know their merchandise. They are willing to work with you whatever your goal is. They like what they do."},"url":"https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/tx/houston/party-boy-reviews-4198269.htm"},"position":7},{"@type":"ListItem","item":{"@type":"LocalBusiness","name":"Guardian Chimney Sweep","address":{"@type":"PostalAddress","addressRegion":"TX","addressCountry":"US"},"review":{"@type":"Review","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"R M."},"reviewBody":"Smart, crisp and clean --that's how I describe the service. I have never had ducts professionally cleaned before, but I'm certain that I received excellent value for the service. Here's the deal --I have an expensive new construction home in West U, so I'm sadly used to handling the up-charge routine. It did not occur here. Excellent example of integrity. He recommended a plan that cost LESS than my original proposal. His goal was to solve the problem, not maximize revenues.

He would make the rounds in the morning and evening, and stop by our house during one of those two times. He did not properly protect the property from theft, and we had two large toys (a basketball goal system and a see-saw) stolen from the property. The ground floor in the kitchen was supposed to be stained concrete, scored with a saw blade to look like large saltillo tiles, but he didn't supervise the concrete company or the person with the saw, so the concrete is not shiny as it should be, and scoring by the saw was crooked and needed repair, which as you can imagine was not perfect after repair. Fortunately, the bad scoring is mostly covered up by cabinets and walls. The house stood with incomplete framing for over six weeks, as he hired two of the slowest framers possible to frame a 5000 sq. ft. house during good weather. He should have had many more while the weather was good. I've seen other homes of similar or larger size in our neighborhood be framed in less than three weeks using a full framing crew. When he finally found more framers, the rain came, further slowing things down and getting doors in the first floor wet before he could get the roof completed. He did not insure that the upstairs deck was sloped away from the house, and as a result, it had to be redone to grade it away from the house. Our solarium floor was poured so that water drains away from the in-floor drain. He did not follow the plans from the architect with respect to the ceiling heights in the second floor, and as a result, he had to reframe the second floor and then tried to charge us for the framing overages. There were many other things not installed or built according to the plans that he did not catch that I had to bring to his attention, such as placement of walls, fixtures, switches, etc. He did hire someone to oversee the job, but I did not see that person on site very often. He was usually responsive about my complaints, even well after the house was complete (5 years later) but his solutions are not always satisfactory and he promises to come back to fix whatever is left incomplete, but typically he does not come back and I have to hire someone else to finish the job. Overall, the house is a beautiful design and we love it, and if I had to do it again, I would re-hire the architect but not hire Dan. UPDATE: My windows turned out to be defective, and need to be replaced. Dan came out and measured them, but now refuses to replace them, saying that I have to get the window manufacturer to replace them but the window manufacturer is now out of business. I told Dan that he built the house and selected the window manufacturer, and I expect him to make it right. He simply stopped responding to my emails, so eventually we had to file suit against him."},"url":"https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/tx/houston/boylan-construction-inc-reviews-2688207.htm"},"position":9},{"@type":"ListItem","item":{"@type":"LocalBusiness","name":"P F & ASSOCIATES/INTERIOR DESIGN INC","address":{"@type":"PostalAddress","addressRegion":"TX","addressCountry":"US"},"review":{"@type":"Review","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"MELISSA B."},"reviewBody":"Work was complete in less than 2 months--quite amazing! And the finished product is wonderful! Our goal was to be complete before Christmas. Patricia's connections with her subcontractors (flooring, cabinet, and granite professionals) was evident. They were very responsive to her requests even in a busy season where everyone wants their work complete. Patricia made the limitless options seem much more bearable. We discussed options and she brought us samples and let us choose. It sounded like she would adjust this based on her client (some people would prefer all options and others would want her just to pick one). While I know she had other clients to balance, I always felt like we had her full attention throughout the project. Now that the kitchen and our smaller design changes throughout the house are complete, I am thrilled with the results. The house and the kitchen flow much better. The kitchen is much more functional and it is far more beautiful than before."},"url":"https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/mn/minneapolis/p-f-and-associatesinterior-design-inc-reviews-423614.htm"},"position":10}]}
I did ~$8K worth of work with this company. From the beginning, I clearly stated that my goal (and need to clear and stump grind all trees) was in order to build a fence. Despite that, we got to two trees in the back and they said it was not included. I took them at their word and paid the...

If you decide an in-ground or wall-mounted basketball hoop is best for you, you should consult a basketball hoop installer. They will have the necessary tools and experience to install these correctly and safely. If you were to try to install these yourself, there is a risk of injury or improper installation, which could lead to damage to the hoop or your yard.
The cost to install a basketball hoop can range from $200 to $5,000. This price heavily depends on the type of basketball hoop you choose, as some require equipment and some do not.
For example, you can most likely assemble a portable basketball hoop yourself, with a cost of $150 to $500. However, if you're looking for something more permanent, a roof-mounted hoop requires specialized tools and roof anchors, costing a total of $2,000 to $5,000.
The time to install your basketball hoop depends on the type of hoop you're installing.
For in-ground hoops, it's best to allow at least five days total for the entire process, which includes any utility marking, hole excavation, anchor placement, concrete pouring and setting, and final setup of the hoop itself.
The time to set up a mounted basketball hoop is significantly shorter, with most projects completed in just a few hours.
While there's not a lot of definite research, some experts suggest that an in-ground or wall-mounted basketball hoop can add value to your home by increasing curb appeal. In addition, having a basketball hoop is an attractive feature of a house since it promotes physical activity, especially for children.
There are many different types of basketball hoops available to choose from.
Portable hoops are fully moveable and generally do not require assistance with assembly.
Semi-portable in-ground hoops have an anchor cemented in the ground and a removable post.
In-ground hoops are fully built into the ground as one piece and cannot be relocated after placement.
Wall-mounted hoops do not have a post or pole and work well when space is limited.
