As I stated I apologize for your issue that occurred due to your foundation work that was handled to aztec handling the work. I am dissappointed this not even mentioned above the hairline cracks are occurring only in this area. I recommended to wait due to the climate change and due to you placing the house on the market within the next month. I never heard back from you until yesterday. There was never any arguments that I recall as the last conversation was a text. The holes that were covered were not advised prior to the coating were handled as discussed, the one missed was not addressed as a huge concern at that time and handled when your contractor installed where it was needed. At the end of the day I am glad you were satisfied with the work done it really turned nice, your urgency on this situation now should not be a reflection on our work. This occurred due to your pre-existing conditions. I offered to handle yesterday after we realized the miscommunication of the need, so I was surprised that the next text received from you was "never mind". I mentioned to you we needed to have 3-4 good days back to back and honestly had it until this past week. I understand your frustration and apologize for the miscommunication of the need and wish you the best.Service Provider Response

We are very surprised to received this type of review considering the constant communication via email and text with you and your husband. We did our best to provide you with good customer service but the issues where not on our end in communication I believe the communication was more between you and your spouse unfortunately. We provided most of the information through your husband after the contract was initiated there were a lot of inconsistency with what we agreed. I did my best to re-confirm the agreement and project details with you. We actually did our best to accommodate (which you refer to as a favor) your gutter situation and even due to all the rain we have that was not mentioned above we sent a crew on a Sunday to remove the patio cover so you have it handled by Monday for your gutter crew. We were amazed of the treatment we received for doing this and was demanded to handle in the weather conditions we had - we only charge a minimal charge and was intended to handle at the time we were there, but handled over a Sunday to assist you in advance with another home project, In regards to the texture, we provided many camera taken pictures before we started of different finishes to assist you although we already agreed to broom finish at the last minute it was being changed - which we understood and provided options smooth and textured - textured was selected. A simple broom finish was demonstrated at the time of pour since it was still not understood of the finial finish that was going to be handled and it was approved personally by you. We had no complaints about the project for the several days we were there even after pouring. We provided a timeline of events and requested access and were locked out of the construction areas and the crew waited hours to be allowed in with concrete on its way and we experience additional cost and down time that was not charged back to you. I feel we did all we can to communicate, provided flexibility and thoughtfullness to you. After several days of your job being poured I received a email over the weekend and received a text next business day which I responded promptly about your opinion of your friends texture of surface that was completed several months ago compared to yours. I explained the difference of times, surfaces and the surface that was selected at the time of the estimate, in person through demonstration and with pictures. We really did our best to advise the broom finish was a textured finish, there were other smoother finishes but it was selected. A broom finish is not a manufactured finish, it will have some areas that can be slightly different. I reviewed the pictures and they actually looked great, I wish I was able to attach to provide a visual for everyone. The blown up pictures sent to me was a size of quarter difference on a concrete floor still going through its curing process. I was never invited to see but the foreman and did the work and did not express any issues from the pour date, nor the date of removal of forms where we received the final payment. We do feel this complaint came in due to unauthorized additional work request that was presented to our workers to do outside of Aztec and they did not handle for you. It was obvious you were not pleased with this decision. I apologize you feel you were not satisfied with the project but we did not receive any signs of the workmanship issues during our time there, just dissatisfaction that the crew did not do additional work you were trying to get done outside of the contract with our team members. Our crew members have been working for us for many years and are loyal employees and take pride in thier work and feel this is not a reflection on any work but on their decision to abide by our company policies that all contract changes outside of contract are to be handled through a change order. As a business partner, I value your business but do not feel we provide any wrong doings in the workmanship of your project.Service Provider Response
I Apologize for your bad experience as I mentioned I was traveling past 1-2 weeks and apologize we were playing phone tag. This is a busy time and transition into a new phone service. I apologize for any inconvenience, when customer's call about resealing after the spring and summer we advise that we may have to wait until the following year if the weather is not ideal. If there is a break in the weather we do contact or request that you contact us when the weather is ideal to assist you with this. . We recommend to reseal every 1-3 years, your sealer still had plenty of life. The surface cracks you mention were due to a capping they were not surface cracks, it is due to an existing capping that was performed on your project, we explained this and offered to patch as a courtesy at the time of the reseal. We show you called us 1 time to discuss this and we advised that we were unable to handled the time you were requesting. Feel free to call us in the Spring to assist you!Service Provider Response
