We?re convinced that if we had chosen any realtor other than Amanda and Aaron, we wouldn?t be living in our dream home.
Amanda and Aaron not only found the perfect house for us, in the perfect neighborhood for us, but they also worked day and night to submit an offer that appealed to the owners over and above the many other offers they had received. They used their sophisticated sense of what?s important to sellers to craft an offer that stood out from the crowd. They then worked the phones and email to ensure that we were well positioned when the decision came down. The result - we purchased our dream house!
In Houston?s competitive real estate market, it?s essential to have a team that understands your needs and has the deep relationships to get you the perfect house. Amanda and Aaron are the perfect combination of creativity, sophistication and follow through required to help families smoothly navigate the buying process.
As we worked on the property and arranged contractors, we pondered the sales issue and decided to give Amanda a try. When she gave us her opinion of the asking price (she said ours was too low), we were skeptical but hopeful. We pushed the painters to finish on Friday and she had an open house on that Sunday. Tuesday she had an open house for area agents. Two weekends later she had another open house and a contract shortly thereafter. The ensuing inspections, negotiations and closing went without issue.
We both agreed that, for the first time, a real estate agent had really earned her money. Every appoinment was prompt and every promise was kept. We can't imagine anything she could have done better.
