"They were a bit more pricey compared to another provider but had better reviews so decided to go with them. The process was very smooth, the installers showed up promptly and completed the entire install within 5 hours even though it was raining heavily. However after they left the unit stopped working and I had to call them. They sent the same installers back to the house and he noticed the primary drain pipe was clogged so the system had auto shut-off. He spent another hour unclogging the pipes and everything is working fine since then. Staff were courteous and cleaned up everything before they left."

They were very polite, worked hard, and did a fabulous job. We also had them cut an access panel in the garage ceiling just in case we needed access to the plumbing. They had to strip off the drywall mud tape in many areas. They re-textured the ceiling and painted. Excellent work. We will likely hire him in the future for our next kitchen project."
