Every single step in the project he had great communication. The guys he brought with him to work in my house were friendly and didn't mind my questions or "during the process" pictures. They felt like family too. I had no doubts that they were taking good care of my house and doing quality work. As part of my project they were removing three larger kitchen cabinets. Other contractors had told me they wouldn't be able to replace them with smaller versions that match my kitchen because the cabinets are old. I really like the old style of my cabinets so I was disappointed. I was prepared to just not have cabinets in that spot because I didn't want to have to replace my whole kitchen just to match my three cabinets (like other contractors told me to). Joseluis understood and talked to multiple cabinet guys and eventually was able to find someone to custom make cabinets in my old style to match my kitchen.
