"TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. We had someone come out and clean our ducts and inspect. The tech told us we had mold and a cleaning solution can be used to help. My husband asked follow up questions and he answered a few but after some time of conversation the tech became dismissive and rude. At one point we asked a question and he ignored us and WALKED AWAY. I called to inform management of the fact that we paid for services and were disappointed. We would have paid for further service but the lack of communication was unacceptable. The gentleman offered to come out again but my husband has already re-cleaned what was still DIRTY and it was not needed. Nothing was offered to get part of the service fee back and then who we were speaking to as well became unhelpful and told me “well I’m not sure what you are wanting”. Wasted $200 and time on a worthless company."

"Elmer's diagnosis crew came out and gave me step by step on how the best affordable way this job would would get done. I was shown my plumbing issues with their camera inside the sewer line. From the job being done to following up with few days later checking for leaks and back filling the dug up areas. Job well done !"

"STAY AWAY. Phantom billing, random charges, and they will sell your account to collections agencies without talking to you. Charged 3 hours and 5X the price of the thermostat to install it. Wouldn't talk to me about it and I had been a customer for years. Got too big I guess. Stay away or they will cheat you. $1000 for installing a thermostat. $50 thermostat, and 30 minutes of work. I would warn everyone to stay away."

"This company was sent to my house by American Home Shield, the technician said he was the owner. After about an hour, he came inside and said that I needed a new compressor, Freon, and several other parts, and that it would cost me $2,600-$3,200 OUT OF POCKET! He then tried to sell me a new $7,800 system, again, out of pocket. I told him to order the parts, and that I was going to get a second opinion. I called Schmidt Mechanical, and they were at my home the next day, and were able to repair my a/c and do a full system check of EVERYTHING. Turned out to be a simple voltage contact, and only cost a couple hundred dollars! A week later, I called the home warranty company, and they said that he NEVER EVEN BOTHERED TO CONTACT THEM WITH THE ESTIMATE!!! I demanded my service call fee back, and they obliged. I told them about the SCAM he is trying to pull, and that they shouldn’t be sending him to any one else’s house, they said they will investigate. If your home warranty company tries to send this company, tell them no!"

"Vivint is the worst company I have ever done business with. Having Vivint is a condition on my lease and, if it wasn't, I would quit in a minute. The company is so cheap about replacing malfunctioning equipment. My front door lock doesn't work and I have been working on getting a replacement for over a month. Still no luck. An appointment is not an appointment but I rough guideline to when someone may or may not show up. There are a lot of alarm companies and I could never recommend Vivint."
