I owned a construction company for 32 years and I retired a couple of years ago and I have done all the repairs around my house and got kinda board so I have started doing handyman jobs and I can do just about anything that has to do with construction. Remodeling and new construction . I have a fairly new Ford f-250 and a 16 ft trailer for carrying materials for jobs if needed. I take pride in the work that I do and strive to do a professional job.

He inspected the area very thoroughly and spent a lot of time discussing various options for gutter cleaning. On his recommendation we elected to replace an existing gutter guard system with wire mesh, as it is easier to clean and less prone to pluggage from pine needles. David and his crew arrived promptly the next day to begin work. They were extremely professional and kept me informed of the progress. They finished the same day. Even though the job turned out to have some additional scope and take longer than anticipated, Polo stuck to the original estimate and did not charge extra. They also left the area clean and neat. "Had Jose come by to get an estimate on getting the entire shower stall done. When he got here we talked about what we wanted done and he showed us pictures of samples of what it would most likely look like and he would get back with us on the estimate.. Then my wife and I started talking about how good it was going to look .We started looking around and decided why not go ahead and have the entire bathroom done to give it a fresh new look...contacted Jose to let him know that we wanted to expand the scope of the job......he gave us an second estimate for the added work and we went from there . We were very satisfied with the completed work. The bathroom looks fantastic. Have used JY HANDYMAN SERVICES a couple of times now and will use them again. Jose and his crew do excellent work and they make sure its done right and things are cleaned up. Also like to thank his wife for keeping us informed and updated on the what's and the when's things were going to happen.
