However, I gave them a C rating because I called for an estimate on another job.  They came out and were going to email me the estimate.  After almost a week, I called and was told they hadn't gotten to it yet.  I have never heard from them.  I wasted time waiting for their bid, thinking that if it was reasonable, I would go with them since hey did a good job on the faucets.  I will not call them again for anything. "

I finally came across Mark Masters. From the first phone call, Mark Masters Home Services was on the job immediately to scope out the work and provide an extremely competitive estimate. After deciding how we wanted to proceed, they then returned promptly to perform the rough-in work, which included adding water lines and relocating a drain line. The rough-in work was completed within about a day and they left the area very clean. On air conditioning, I had 4 other companies come out to look at my unit that was running constantly and not cooling well. They charged me for wrong issues and didn’t fix it.
