"DO NOT USE!! Absolutely the WORST carpet cleaning company in San Antonio. The owner Randy has NO clue what his workers are even doing. They didn’t even show up to the appointment and then when I contacted them after the weekend, he gave some sorry excuse about him being at his ranch and not knowing! Then when Mark finally arrived 4 days later, tried to upsell me on everything they had in order to make more money. After they left, our house smelled HORRIBLE! Randy “tried” to make it right by saying they would come out and treat and all I had to do was pay for the price of chemicals. Then he said to contact Mark directly who told me, I don’t know what you want me to do about it. Tried contacting Randy again, NO response, ignored my texts, calls, and would not even call me back. HORRIBLE company!! DO NOT USE!!!"
