They did a fantastic job. I was totally pleased. I have used them before for my retire house. I didn't dislike anything. The price was fantastic for the service provided. The carpet was dried, and there was no mess afterwards. They were pleasant. They wore uniform. They were clean. The equipment was small, and they did not damage anything. They did the job more than satisfactory.

He arrived on time, assessed areas to be cleaned and began work right away. He was not too chatty. He helped move 2 pieces of furniture and provided the services as quoted over the phone. The carpet was dry in less than 1 hr. They gave an excellent service.

Everything went extremely well. I contacted the company by e-mail about 10 days prior to their comming out to do the work. The technician arrived and verified the work I wanted done & then set to work doing the job. My carpets were extremely dirty (it had been many years since they were cleanned), but the job done by this company was first class. The carpets came out looking great. I would not hesitate to use them again to clean my carpets.

This was the first time to have my carpet cleaned. It needed cleaning badly. I was hoping the carpet would not be too wet when the job was completed, as I was getting ready for out of state company. The serviceman arrived exactly on time and was very friendly and helpful. He cleaned all rooms and they looked very nice when he completed the job. The carpet smelled fresh and dried quickly. Excellent job!!!

The serviceman was pleasant and easy to work with. He did a good job. The carpet didn't get too wet. The serviceman showed up on time and was very professional. I've been using them for about three years and always receive great service.

He was on time and returned my phone calls promptly. He was able to get stains out. The areas he cleaned were the traffic areas, two small rooms, and an area in the bathroom. I felt the price was a little high for what was done. He charged $10 more for pet deodorizer for one of the stains.

Used bonnet method which doesn't leave carpets wet for long, and leaves minimum residue. Very pleased with work and price.

Did a great job! We'd not had the carpets cleaned in 1 yr and with two small children, pets and beige carpets the task was challenging. DJ arrived exactly on time, was polite, professional and efficient. The carpets came out SO MUCH better then I ever expected. They look new. He clearly takes pride in his work! I'd recommend him to anyone.

CAME ON TIME, EVEN CALLED TO ASK IF HE COULD COME EARLY. WAS RESPECTFUL OF CHILDREN SLEEPING. DID A GREAT JOB WITH THE CARPETS. CLEARLY WORKED TO GET STAINS UP. I WAS VERY PLEASED.

D.J. DID A FANTASTIC JOB. HE GOT ALL THE STAINS OUT, EXCEPT FOR ONE AND THAT ONE CAME UP BETTER THAN I EXPECTED IT TO. HE'S VERY PROFESSIONAL AND TREATS YOUR HOME AS IF IT WERE HIS OWN. I FELT TOTALLY COMFORTABLE LEAVING HIM THERE ALONE TO DO THE JOB. WHEN HE WAS FINISHED, HE CALLED ME AT WORK TO LET ME KNOW HE WAS LEAVING AND TO ASK FOR THE LOCATION OF THE SWITCH FOR A PARTICULAR LIGHT SO THAT HE COULD TURN IT OFF BEFORE HE LEFT. I WON'T LET ANY ONE ELSE TOUCH MY CARPETS NOW.
