Steam Master Cleaning

It was our first time hiring Steam Master Cleaning and i have got to say, it was exceptional service from beginning to end. John Delatorre, our service technician, was phenomenal, professional and very quick. He steam cleaned our carpets, sanitized and removed most of the stains and we were able to finally breathe in that space. Fred did an amazing job! We had cat urine that wouldn't come out, we tried multiple times with no luck. With his special water retrieval method he was able to get the urine that had soaked into the pad. Combined with the deodorizer he was able to make the room smell fresh again, and help deter repeat animal offenders. Highly recommend, we've used this company before & haven't been disappointed.

Great. Fred Martinez was the technician. Since I had never had tile floors steam cleaned, I wasn't sure what to expect. Fred cleaned a small area to show me what the floors would look like when he finished so I could make a determination when I agreed to the cleaning charge that I would be satisfied with the result. He was meticulous and I was extremely pleased with the clean floors. He also gave me some tips on products for me to use in the future.

After a previous provider didn't show, we called them and they said that they had an opening. They said that they would call us 30 minutes prior to arriving, which they did. The carpets look like new, they did a fantastic job.

AWESOME! We have several dogs and cats, and carpet throughout the house. Earlier this year, our beloved dog Millie (she passed away in May) became incontinent and had several accidents throughout the house during early spring. Despite old stains and smells, Steam Master Cleaning was able to get the carpets almost back to new! We have used this company over the last two years to clean both tile in the kitchen, and marble in the entrance way. Bryan and Austin did an outstanding job today (12/19/16). They advised us on which options would be best while at the same time economical. (Was told a large wool rug with latex backing might be tough to completely clean, so I'm going to wait and decide later what to do, but I appreciated the honesty. Thank you, guys!) When they work, this local small business takes extra time to build a VERY PERSONABLE company-customer relationship which some national brand corporations don't. When I asked for an estimate to re-seal the marble again (house full of animals, remember?), they knew my history with them, and that made me feel like a valued client instead of just another job. Definitely recommend.

I was hesitant to use this company due to some negative reviews but after speaking to the owner Will he assured me I wouldn't be disappointed. He sent Brain to my house Saturday to clean my carpet. Brain was so professional and did an amazing job!! I am very very happy and will defiantly use Steam Master Cleaners again. And will ask for Brain again. For 3 bedrooms the price is around $89, I added some additional things so I paid around $140. Worth every dollar. Thanks again Will and Brain!!

The men who came over to perform the work were courteous and professional and executed the work to the best of their ability. The problem is that the steam cleaning didn't work well on the stains. An Angie's list review sounded similar to our problem and on the basis of that I thought the "Big Deal" purchase would work but it didn't. I went with another service provider a couple years ago and they were able to remove stains. Will go back to them in future.

They were on time. They did a good job, but I didn’t like their approach. It wasn’t as per their advertisement. It was $89 each for two areas of carpet and they didn’t see that it was only 150 sq. ft. So, our two areas measured more and that’s when it became around $300. They didn't explain it before they came to the house.

The service technician (only 1) was friendly, on time, and provided the minimum level of service. Unfortunately, he did not provide a final walk thru with me and was not at all helpful when I pointed out some high traffic areas that still had some discoloration after he completed his work. His response was that he had already put away his equipment and I would be charged again to re-do those areas. He mentioned that if I had purchased the pre-scrub option for $50, it might have cleaned the area a little better, but he couldn't say for certain if it would work (and either way it was too late since he had put away his equipment he said and I'd be charged for a re-do). Although the size of the area in question was fairly small (my entire condo unit is approximately 850 square feet), I'm disappointed that he did not attempt to improve those areas, but instead provided excuses, especially for a company that promises a 100% clean carpet guarantee. I've used other steam cleaning companies that were much more thorough rather than simply doing a single, quick clean, and they provided better review of their work with me before putting away their equipment. The carpet was cleaned, but it was not thorough or "the best cleaning experience ever" with the "attention to detail and unsurpassed quality" they promise on their website. I won't be using this company again, since only about 75% of the work area was completed to my satisfaction.

We had two old carpets that had acquired set in stains over several years.  I had tried to remove the stains using a home shampoo machine which failed miserably.  In fact the stain increased in size.  We called Steam Master Cleaning as a last ditch effort.  Juan arrived from the company and looked at the task.  He agreed they were pretty grim however he was willing to try.  As we were going to take up the master bedroom carpet and replace it with tile, we weren't going to be upset if the stains remained in situ.  Much to our Total surprise, Juan cleaned those carpets until they looked new!  In fact we are considering leaving the master bedroom carpet in place instead of replacing it with tile.  Juan and Steam Master Cleaning is now on Speed Dial.  When you have dogs and cats you need to know who to call.

I had told the company rep that I only had two rooms that were 12x14 ft each. All the furniture was removed but there had been pets in the rooms so I expected to have some problem spots. I also wanted the carpets sanitized. Even though the company did not have an opening for the day I requested the rep asked me if they could come over that same day. The service tech, Jacob, was very professional. He told me I received a discount for being an Angie member. He also made some suggestions for extra treatments but did not make a case about it.  The rooms had not been professionally cleaned in eight years so I went for the pet treatment, deodorizer, sanitizer ,  3 M Scotchgard & speed dry. The total cost of the cleaning was not unreasonable. I especially loved the fact that I got my carpets cleaned before my guests arrived for Thanksgiving. Thank you Steam master Cleaning!!!

We arranged for this appointment at the San Antonio Home Show. The pricing at the home show was not real accurate as it turns out. The cost was around $500, considerably more than we were expecting. The company sent one person, who was nice. But it took him considerably longer than we expected. I doubt we will use the company again. The technician was very nice and courteous though. Our beef is with the company.

talked to BJ and let him know what  I was looking for . he sent out a tech to evaluate our needs  Jr. . they both heard everything I was asking and arranged the service to fit my schedule . Both BJ and

JR. are now a life long carpet cleaning lead and connection  . JR. was so thorough  he went through each step and worked around the ongoing activities so that he would end up at the door the same time we did so no one walked on the carpet  until the next day.

he got stains out of the carpet that other company's could not or did not .. put all the furniture on theses little risers so it would not hurt the furniture . and left a few booties just in case we needed to walk through  ...  he cleaned the grout at the entry tile  and I never knew it was that color ... it all looked so good and smelt so clean and minty  for days ..

I had used Steam Masters before and was happy so when they called with a "special" I decided to take advantage.  Nico called 30 minutes before he arrived and was very friendly and professional.  He did a good job on my carpets and overall I was satisfied.  I could have done with less of the up-selling.  I realize that is part of the process but it was just too much.  I also felt I was a bit misled by the initial sales call I received prior to booking, it led me to believe that my costs would be lower and never mentioned anything like "environmental disposal" charges of almost $20.  I was also disappointed at the time of service that I had to move my own furniture if I wanted the carpet cleaned underneath.  In the past, other companies I have used have always moved furniture and then replaced it and placed styrofoam or other "protective" items under the legs to prevent staining.  Nico did use sliders to move my couch, which I appreciated, but told me any other moving of furniture would be an extra charge.  I ended up moving what I could while he brought in his equipment.  In the end I was happy with the carpet that was cleaned and will probably use Steam Masters again, although next time I will ask a lot more questions at the scheduling.

Excellent! Brett was punctual, friendly, walked us through all of the steps before and during, and even did my daughter's bedroom for free after we decided it was out of our budget because it is so small. He told us about all the products he was using and how to care for the carpets afterwards. He also included tips for carpet care in between major cleanings.
