They were able to get the sofa and chaise clean. They were very professional and kept their work very neat.

The dog got sick overnight and made quite a mess. Another carpet cleaner on Angie's List said they could get to me in three weeks. Aladdin was out in one hour. They got the dog mess up and cleaned other carpets in the house in about an hour. Very clean and smells fresh. Daniel and Craig were very professional and friendly. No complaints. Job well done.

The two gentleman that came out (forgot their names, svc was done 3 mths ago and I'm finally able to get a review in) were professional and nice. Our house is 3100 sq ft. We have 26 registers and 2 units. With that amt of registers and vents, it took the crew the majority of the day to complete the work. They had to reschedule the appt they had after mine.
Tip: don't schedule the air duct cleaning on the same day you have the carpets steam cleaned. Carpets can't be wet. I didn't know this 'til they showed up for the job. We had to reschedule. Aladdin didn't know I was having the carpets cleaned. We just closed on the house and I was trying to get all the work done on the same day before moving in.
I had Aladdin come out for an estimate because I had read about surprise costs. I wanted to make sure they were aware of all the registers and vents we have. Their cost was comparable to others.
I would hire Aladdin again based on my experience; however, I will not have my duct work cleaned again. I did lots of research on the Internet and no govt agency wants to claim that it's actually beneficial. I've asked 2 a/c technicians if they think it's worth it and they say they wouldn't go through the expense for their own home. The theory is (and you'll see this on the Internet) that if you use a good quality filter and chg them regularly, the dust will recycle through the duct work, get caught by the filter, and the ducts will stay clean.
Another problem I had with the service is lack of proof, before and after pics. I was told they could take pics, but I thought it would be w/a pointand shoot camera. The crew used their smartphone and was only able to get pics as far in as their arm length. They weren't good quality pics either. Our house is only 4 yrs old. There was hardly any dust build up in the vents. I saw some pics on the ph from other jobs where the vents had sufficient build up, enough to warrant a cleaning. I tried to take pics myself w/my 35mm camera, but it didn't fit in the duct work.
Aladdin said they wouldn't charge me to clean the blower if they cut into it and discovered it didn't require it. My blower didn't need it after all because the previous owners had just replaced them in both units. I was still charged for the blower cleaning because they cleaned the cage. I think that's what they called it. Again, it was hardly dusty.
So why did I pay almost $1,000 for something I'm not convinced is truly beneficial? Because my son is allergic to cats and dogs. The previous owners had a dog and we couldn't risk having residual pet hair or dander in the system. We decided it was better to be safe than sorry.
Also, the machine they use is different from what I saw on the Internet. It's like a vacuum cleaner w/a long hose and on the end is a ball shaped bristle brush that rotates, kind of like a bottle brush.
If you choose to pay for this service, I recommend Aladdin.
