DO NOT USE!! Absolutely the WORST carpet cleaning company in San Antonio. The owner Randy has NO clue what his workers are even doing. They didn’t even show up to the appointment and then when I contacted them after the weekend, he gave some sorry excuse about him being at his ranch and not knowing! Then when Mark finally arrived 4 days later, tried to upsell me on everything they had in order to make more money. After they left, our house smelled HORRIBLE! Randy “tried” to make it right by saying they would come out and treat and all I had to do was pay for the price of chemicals. Then he said to contact Mark directly who told me, I don’t know what you want me to do about it. Tried contacting Randy again, NO response, ignored my texts, calls, and would not even call me back. HORRIBLE company!! DO NOT USE!!!

HORRIBLE, do not waste your time or money with this company. Setup appointment 2 weeks ago for Dec 11th between 8 and 10. Called early about 8 sounded like I woke her up, confirmed appointment. No one showed or called. I called company they rescheduled same day between 4 and 6 again no one showed or called. Called office no one answered, texted company like voicemail requested no response. BEWARE!

Terrible. Difficult to get it scheduled. Didn't show up and didn't seem to care. Would never use or recommend to anyone.

The cleaning went as well as any other company out there but the repair didn't take and after calling the company to talk about it and leaving a message they never called back.

Great. Technician did a very good job.

A thorough carpet steaming was provided, and the technician was courteous and professional. However, we expected to have spots treated as part of the service we purchased; we were advised that this would cost an additional fee, so we opted not to do so.

It was good. The technician was very professional and personable.

I thought they were petty. I was hoping they would work with me. I had them do the stairs and they charged me $2 per stair. The cleaning and deodorizing was good, but they never scotch guarded.

Very well. Carpets look almost new again after 10 years.

It was okay. They could have cleaned a little bit better, but it was okay. I don't think the guy knew what their plan covered because even when you read the deal, it said that they would do the stairs instead of a room. When I asked them to do my stairs, instead of the room, he said, "Well, the stairs is not a room." So he didn't really know what their deal truly offered. I wasn't going to argue. I didn't have any additional fees. Their responsiveness was really good.

It went very well. I think it was the best carpet cleaning that I had ever had. Will use again for sure.

Did an extremely good job of cleaning the carpets.  The carpets had not been professionally cleaned in at least 8 years.  The results of the cleaning were better than I expected.  I would happily hire this company again.

No one called after I filled out request form online Then no one returned my call After over a week I called them Window was 10 to 12 They showed at 1 But, they did get stain out!!! Yay!!! And somehow finished in only 40 minutes Very high quality job!
