Steam Master Cleaning

Very professional throughout project. Adam Arocha was punctual, respectful and thorough and worked into the evening to get job completed. Work was expensive but worth it. Extremely pleased.

We tried and tried to get some stains out of our master bedroom carpet because we leased our house out because we were assigned somewhere else. And they had huge dogs that stained up our master bedroom carpet, the renters did.  They weren't supposed to be huge dogs, but they turned out to be huge dogs. So we had large discolored places on the carpet.

We wanted to try to save it so we didn't have to replace it. We had had another company come out but we weren't too thrilled with them. So we called Steam Master come out. The person they brought, tried his darnedest to clean that carpet. He scrubbed and scrubbed and did a really really good job and was spot free for quite a while, but they eventually came back. He was such a hard working guy, that when it comes time to clean that carpet cleaned again, we will have him come back. We replaced the carpet but it will still need cleaned. 

On time and quick.

The first time they came out I would have given them an A, the second time I give them a B. It was good.  I probably wouldn't use them again because when I have my grout cleaned I like to have a protector put on it and they don't do that.

This company came into our home and steamed clean our tiles and sealed the grout within our home. They did a professional job and did exactly as they said they would. They did such an amazing job that the tile in our home looked brand new. We bought our home back in 2010. We were very pleased with their wok and would hire this company again. We found this company at one of the home and garden shows in our area. We were very happy with the work and the price was within our budget we wanted to spend.

When I first called to check on services offered and prices, both people that I spoke with on the phone (Mike and Javier) were extremely professional. First they answered my questions, but then they went on to tell me more things to consider (i.e. their ratings and capabilities). Although I had used Servepro in the past (satisfactorily), Mike and Javier armed me with enough knowledge that I decided to change and try them out. I was able to schedule them to come in under 1 week.
Since they came, my house looks brand-new and smells so fresh! I hadn't realized how awful my grout had gotten; now it looks like the day we had the tile installed over 20 years ago! The carpets, furniture and mattress look great as well. Brett Bizzle performed all the services. He called to come over (early even) and stayed at our house all day long. He was extremely flexible and knowledgable; I watched as he moved my antique floor lamp from my godmother, and he took such care with it as he did with all furnishings. There were no wall dings, no water-logging of any of my furniture and great care to make sure all pieces were handled gently. He did the most professional tremendous job! He didn't miss an inch and he moved everything he could to get to every nook and cranny. He worked tirelessly and was a joy to have around. I credit him with great credible thinking skills, because he evaluated every room on what he could do to provide over and above the purchased service, e.g. cleaning off our ceiling fan in our living room with a vaulted ceiling. No way we could have ever gotten up there. BTW, this company cleans with 220 degree steam guaranteed to destroy dust mites. This was so important to me because of my allergies!
I will absolutely use their services again and recommend both the company and Brett Bizzle. I was super impressed by them. I like that they are a family - owned business with happy employees (at least the 3 I spoke with). Great job guys!

Have used service multiple times for stain removal- pet, people, food and who knows what else, single room , multi-room, mattress, rug cleaning. Friendly. Prompt. Knowledgeable. Reliable. Efficient. Put furniture on blocks. Fair price. Rug pick up and delivery service. Helpful emails and kind thank you cards in the mail!

Fred did an awesome job. The carpet looked brand new when he finished. With lots of pets, that was amazing! I will never use anyone else again.

Carpet looks great! They were on time and did what they said they were going to do. They gave an estimate before beginning. Work was done well and the technician was very helpful and patient with me when I had questions.

Great experience. I was a little hesitant after reading the review about the man who was mad at them regarding his daughter, but I think that was more of a personal issue. Will was my technician and he was very nice and professional. He measured all the rooms and went over pricing for just the cleaning, adding neutralizer, scotch-guard, etc. We have VERY thick carpets and they look great. Took longer to dry than he said but it's not their fault. Once again, our carpets are almost shag. I'm so pleased I'm having Will come back and steam clean my tile!

I give them an A and I will use them again.

The work performed was generally acceptable. Not great and not bad. The carpet was clean. The evening following the providing of service our 16 year old daughter received a facebook invite from the man who did the Carpet Cleaning, David Stiles, son of the owner. The picture with the facebook invite was of David shirtless. My daughter immediately informed us of the invite. I responded to the invite stating my daughter was a minor and any future attempts to contact her would be reported to the police. I called the owner David Stiles Sr. the next day and reported the incident to him. While he was apolgetic, he asked me "What do you want me to do?" I told him that was up to him but that it was not good business. I have no idea what the son's intentions were in contacting my daughter. She did not speak with him other than a polite hello. There is a sign in front of our house identifying her first name, school and activitiy she participates in. A search on Face book by my wife resulted in her name based on this info. Very creepy and scary. Do not contract with this company!!!!! It is obvious my daughter is underaged. This man was at least 30!!!!!!! Who knows what would have happened if she had accepted the invite. Protect your family.
