We're a family owned and operated company that has grown up in the roofing business. We provide roofing services of all types, as well as gutter and siding replacement.
"Initially, not bad. Some problems with siding and gutters, but the actual roof seemed ok. However, the work has not held up. We had a new roof put on by Statewide Roofing in May 2016. In late spring, 2018, the roof started leaking. We have been trying to contact them and get the leaked fixed since May 2018. We have left dozens of messages and talked with the owner once (so we know we have the right number). Our insurance company and a second roofing company confirmed that the problem was poor workmanship. Pictures prove the shoddy job. Inside damage before the rainstorm tonight was estimated at $1200. The second roofing company wants $1000 to fix the roof itself. Tonight, we had to climb on the roof in the pouring rain to place a tarp."

"Hector now uses the company name Kitchen & Bathroom Experts. Premier was his past company, and Alamo Design & Remodeling! He is NOT with the Better Business Bureau. We did sign an agreement with him. However, we are now concerned because of what we are finding on him from here and on the BBB and Google reviews. We did not pay him anything, and he is insistent that, due to signing the agreement that we must move forward with him. He has walked away from several contracted agreements and never responded to them. We are at fault for not doing our homework before meeting with him. However, we are contacting an attorney to see if we are legally bound to work with him."
