We are a San Antonio based business that specializes in Exterior Cleaning including Power Washing / Soft Washing. With 5 years of experience in this industry there is not much we haven't seen. As a member of the www.uamcc.org where we train to do the best job for you, you know your home is in good hands.
"I saw his phone number advertised on the corner of Evans and 281 and had not looked at Angie's List. When I told him what I needed done, he quoted me a price of $149 to include 2 car driveway, front porch, front sidewalks and back patio. He told me he could be here at 1:30 today (same day) to start the work. I agreed and I cancelled my 1:00 pm appointment so I could be here. I texted him at 1:52 and said "are you still coming?" He said yes, I'm wrapping up will be there at 3:00 pm. He showed up about 3:15 pm. I showed him what needed to be power washed and told him we decided not to get the back deck done even though it was included in his price. He asked how much I though it should be and I said $20 off. He said he would do it for $140 and I said OK even though you are about 2 hours late. He then said, I'm leaving, I'm not doing the work, he said you wanted this done at the last minute, and I told him no when I talked to him I said anytime this week was OK and he said he could do it this afternoon. He then left. As we look on Angie's List, he offers a 10% senior discount which would have been nearly $15. He never mentioned this and it's obvious that when he looked at me that I'm a senior."

Work was finished the following Tuesday. We had about 25 ft of 2nd story gutters cleaned and gutter guard installed. Super fast turn-around time and excellent communication! We absolutely recommend them!"
