They explained the advantages of each and, as I’ve been blessed with pine tree all around and have those needles to content with every year, was able to pick the one where I wouldn’t have to climb ladders to my second story (high up!) gutters to clean off. He also touched up door frames that had nicks in them. as he was working he found reads that should have need calked and too care of that too. He cleaned out the gutters so I didn’t have to get on a ladder and even swept debris from the roof. Finally he recommended and painted the floor of the front porch. It looks great.
