They really prep the area around what is being stained to ensure there is no damage to surrounding areas. Todd and Jacqui (owners) are exactly the type of people you want to deal with for quotes, questions, and getting the work done. They are knowledgeable and straight forward and friendly, and also offered solid advice on tangent questions. They went above and beyond what was required to get the job done right and stayed as long as necessary to get every nook cleaned properly. On the flat, horizontal surfaces Sparkle Wash uses rotary cleaners which is safer for concrete. I would definitely hire Sparkle Wash of Two Rivers again.

If the exterior of a house could sparkle, ours would! Our square footage exceeded the amount in the "deal" and we ended up paying more for the overage than we did for the "deal" BUT we knew this would be the case and Sparkle Wash was up-front about this charge before the work started. The crew was professional! The pressure washer they used was in a large van with a very professionally done company logo. We are SO glad we didn't try to do this ourselves with our pressure washer.

Sparkle Wash is great. They have excellent customer service and worked with me when I was a little confused at the Angie's List offer. They genuinely cared about me as a customer and were not just looking to make as much money as they could. They are kind and professional and they did a fantastic job on my house. Very thorough and they do go above and beyond! Kudos to Jackie, Todd and Arthur!

Several months ago, we had Sparkle Wash power wash the outside of our house. We followed their instructions and took all the precautions they warned us about. They were nice people and we appreciated working with a local business. When they power washed, they screwed up our doorbell and it kept ringing -- we finally had to disconnect it. They never said anything about having a warranty when that occurred. A few days later, we noticed the seal on several windows had blown. We were upset, but what were we going to do, right? A little over a month ago, they asked us for a positive Yelp on their business. We explained that we could not provide a positive comment because of the damage they caused to several windows. It was then that they told us that they had insurance and wanted to come out and see the windows. Over Thanksgiving week we met them at the house and they told us that our 18-year old home was "Just Old" and that was the reason the seals went out. They finally said they would send their insurance company out that week. No one ever showed. I have tried to contact them several times since and they refuse to respond. Don't trust this company. First they will insult you and your property and then rip you off.

I would like to outline the chain of events that led up to this review: - In mid-April 2016 you [Member Name Removed] contacted Sparkle Wash of Two Rivers for an estimate and hired us to perform pressure washing services. - Shortly after completion of this project, you contacted us again for an additional estimate. When we came out to provide you with another estimate, you mentioned how pleased you were with the house wash and mentioned nothing regarding windows. - Seven months later in mid-Nov 2016 we received an email from you stating that 2 windows were leaking and you believed we were at fault. I came out to your property to review your complaint. - Because in over 7 years of pressure washing homes I never experienced this issue, I contacted a professional glass company to better understand what might have happened. Based on their experience and familiarity with windows and gas seals - their conclusion was that it is very common for the seals to breakdown after 15 - 20 years. This is why homeowners either replace or perform maintenance on their windows in this time frame. - As a courtesy and out of respect, I tried to share this information with you. But instead of checking with your window manufacturer to validate the seal issue or investigate via the web to see if this is a truthful and common breakdown - you wanted to continue to pursue this matter and insisted we send out our insurance adjuster, which we did. - As a third party, we have absolutely no control how the adjuster would make judgement of this claim. Based on his review of your windows and the seal integrity of other windows around your home, the adjuster denied your claim. - At this point two industry professionals agreed that the breaking down of your windows seals were in fact due to the age of the windows, and not due to our pressure washing service. As a professional, locally-owned business, I value every customer we service. In your case, I feel that Sparkle Wash of Two Rivers went above and beyond to investigate the seal breakdown and if warranted take ownership if it was due to our services. Communication was excellent. An extremely competitive estimate was provided promptly. Scheduling was quick and easy. Everything was completed on time, and they even went above and beyond the original scope of work by taking care of cleaning the facing of our slab foundation. Our home that had been listed for sale months ago in a very competitive buyer's market received an offer on the very next showing.

They looked just beautiful when they were finished. They are very concerned with customer satisfaction and will do everything possible to make you happy. Upon arrival, they realized they were ill-equipped to handle/clean the type of gutters my parents have on their home (they have the "covered" kind?). I didn't realize or know this, otherwise, I would've requested it specifically. Although they could have attempted and I wouldn't have really known any better, I appreciated their honesty. I felt badly they came out for nothing, but they were cordial and friendly, and advised me of the best way to get my refund.

We are not qualified to remove such systems and unable to satisfactorily clean gutters with these systems in place. They were punctual on all three days of the process, they displayed in depth knowledge regarding the task performed and were very prompt and professional when doing the job. Our finished floor looks absolutely amazing! They use professional tools to prep the floor and use quality products to ensure a long lasting and durable floor.
