"they did a good job so it seems. it was much later that I took a shower and discovered that the hot water side didn't work because the handle only went to the neutral position instead of all the way to hot. I emailed them twice, called them twice. I just finished 2 times with their online chat and was transfered to a voice line and both times their system hung up on me. I had already gone to Home Depot and they put an order in and so far I haven't been contacted."

"Working with Brad Westphall (Westphall Remodeling) has been a great experience from the moment he stopped by our home to provide an estimate until the time our project was completed. The price quoted was reasonable and in-line with other quotes that were provided, but the factors that convinced us to hire Brad were the phenomenal pictures that he provided of other projects he had completed in the past and the high reviews that were posted about his work. Our project included extending the back-porch patio, building a fireplace, replacing the back-porch ceiling, adding electrical power for recessed can lights and ceiling fans, staining the back-porch floor, and extending a unique roofline.
