Working with Brad Westphall (Westphall Remodeling) has been a great experience from the moment he stopped by our home to provide an estimate until the time our project was completed. The price quoted was reasonable and in-line with other quotes that were provided, but the factors that convinced us to hire Brad were the phenomenal pictures that he provided of other projects he had completed in the past and the high reviews that were posted about his work. Our project included extending the back-porch patio, building a fireplace, replacing the back-porch ceiling, adding electrical power for recessed can lights and ceiling fans, staining the back-porch floor, and extending a unique roofline. Brad’s goal was to make the back-porch extension and roofline look like it was part of the original build of the home, so he had to be creative. He definitely hit the mark!! We don’t think the original builder could have done a better job. The level of professionalism that we experienced was evident from the beginning when we received a detailed contract of the work to be performed as well as a comprehensive breakdown of the drawings that we were able to provide to our Property Owners Association for approval. In addition to being professional, Brad and his subcontractors were always punctual, friendly, and detail oriented. We could tell they took a lot of pride in their work. Brad made sure that we knew when each subcontractor was supposed to arrive and provided an estimated completion date. The contractors always made sure that their work area was neat and clean at the end of each day. Brad took the time to stop by daily to inspect the work done the previous day and answer any questions that we had. He kept the lines of communication open and there was never a time that we e-mailed or called him that he did not respond immediately. We would definitely recommend Westphall Remodeling to our friends and family!

From start to finish Brad and his team remained committed to our project. He listened to our needs and developed a successful plan. Brad Westphall with Westphall Remodeling built a mother-in-law suite addition onto my existing house. The experience we had with the mother-in-law suite build was absolutely phenomenal. His craftsmanship, punctuality, and attention to detail are a rarity these days. We loved the quality of the mother-in-law suite he built so much that we knew we would use him again for a future office addition too.. As the in-law suite build was almost nearly completed, we ask Brad to design and quote us on a new office addition while his crews were still at the house rather than to wait. Well, we sure are glad we decided to go ahead and do the office addition because it turned out amazing and we couldn’t be any happier. Now we have a beautiful and organized office space to do work from home! No more working at the kitchen table!! Westphall’s workers are the best in the biz and he made a dream come true, in time and exactly in budget. You can expect him to do the same for you too!

Work started on schedule and stayed on schedule through out the process, we were always updated on any and all changes in scheduling that had to occur due to weather or delays in shipment, but throughout it all they worked to make up any time that was lost and managed to stay on track, work was completed as promised and on time . We are very happy with the quality of workmanship.

We had been told several times the roofline was too difficult to extend but we knew it had to be able to be done and it was! The finished project is gorgeous and so well done it looks like it was a part of the house from the beginning. The plan, design, and build were all top notch. Another impressive part of the project was the people. Every day we saw or spoke to the owner. Every contractor was punctual, professional, courteous and cleaned up at the end of each day.

The entire project went very well. I price shopped five companies, two I dropped immediately after talking to them on the phone. The other three came to the house and gave me feedback and prices. Westphall Remodeling was not the least expensive, nor the most expensive, but the professional feeling I got from the very first phone call to the meeting was what made my decision. I have been wanting to remodel my kitchen, get rid of the popcorn ceiling, pet stained carpet and vinyl flooring for a long time. Brad Westphall enhanced my ideas and made the project better than I could have expected. This house was built with steel beams which could have made it an additional architectural problem, but his ideas made the “posts” a focal point. I am not an easy grader and he rose to the occasion on every turn. I wanted to be kept in the loop about everything that would be scheduled and when. He did that. He truly wanted this project to make me happy and it does.... I only wish I would have done it a long time ago. This man is honest, professional, and a family man. He hires people to work for him who have the same qualities.

We put in a pool a few years ago and wanted to add an outdoor kitchen and living area. We had an idea of what we wanted, but really needed a professional to walk us through creating a design that fit our needs. We certainly found that in Westphall Remodeling! Brad really knows what he's doing! He's very conscientious about budget and works hard to create exactly what you are wanting. Terrific result! We gave Brad a picture of the type of vintage-looking garden house we wanted, and he delivered exactly that, providing great advice and going far beyond our expectations. They started on time and finished within the expected time. Everyone who came on site was easy to work with. Brad or his son were on site almost every day to make sure everything was going well - and communication was easy. The various subcontractors on this project made sure the gate stayed closed for our dogs, kept the work site clean, and were professional and proud of their work. Most importantly - we are delighted with the new little house in our back yard!

From our initial consultation Brad, to the final touches, everything went great. We were looking to make better space from a large guest bathroom and we were able to get just what we wanted. Before construction began we worked with some of Brad's associates to pick our cabinets, tile, and granite. They were also very helpful in helping us figure out exactly what we were looking for. During the remodel period we saw Brad or Kleigh everyday making sure things were going as planned and making adjustments when necessary. In the beginning Brad said it would take about 5 weeks from start to finish, and he was right on. The price seemed very fair and reasonable for the amount and quality of work produced. In addition, all the trade crews they brought in were professional and highly skilled. We would recommend anyone considering a remodel to give Brad a call.

Brad Westphall hires top notch tradesmen. Workers even worked weekends to ensure we finished on time. He was engaged in every aspect of the 4 month project and was physically present at the site on a daily basis ensuring everything was done to standard. He was responsive, easily approachable, honest and transparent. We had a big job that involved changing floor trusses between 1st and second floor, installing a 3500 pound I-beam and removing a load bearing wall on the bottom floor of a 2 story house. Framing, drywall, custom cabinets, countertops, floors, stair banisters, 2 story deck, roofing, HVAC x 2, and electric upgrades, replaced all the corroded copper plumbing in the house with pex, fireplace install, etc. it was a huge project that Brad kept energized and there was not single day when there wasn’t something being done. We hired Brad and his team after we had a bad experience with another contractor who dragged his feet for 2 months and accomplished very little other than demo work and some shoddy framing that had to be redone. The difference was fantastic. We could not have asked for more. Will absolutely hire again.

Westphall Remodeling delivered quality workmanship and was on schedule as promised. The work involved enclosing a second story open balcony area to create additional living space. Brad delivered as promised and we couldn't be happier with how the project went. We did receive a slightly lower bid from another company but had been down that road before and were impressed with Brad's overall knowledge of design and construction and the way they handled the whole process. Westphall Remodeling kept us updated throughout while the project was underway and all of their workers were neat and courteous. We would happily recommend Westphall Remodeling!

Job turned out excellent. We saw Brad on Angie’s list as well as 1 or 2 more home remodeling websites. Their reviews were outstanding. After completing our home office enclosure and y’all bath remodel it was easy to see how they have earned their great reputation over the years. The job consisted of a new wall to enclose an existing space which also included a French door. The work also involved electrical, drywall, trim and paint and wood flooring. Our hallway bathroom consisted of a complete make-over. We received 3 other bids for our project and Westphall Remodeling was right in the middle. The overall was right around what we expected and the end result was excellent.

We were very pleased with our project as well as the overall construction process. Brad had an exceptional vision for the design of the project which was beyond what we had initially came up with our own. The job included a living room expansion and new outdoor kitchen BBQ area. The outer wall was a load bearing wall and required a substantial new beam along with some other structural work. The final finishes on the project turned out just as we had hoped and we couldn't be happier with the job.

We were very happy with the work Westphall Remodeling recently completed on our home. We initially contacted Westphall Remodeling and one other remodeling company that came highly recommended. We decided to hire Westphall Remodeling after listening to both company's ideas and after gaining an understanding of their overall knowledge of the process and what we needed. Our project included an extensive interior remodel that involved moving several walls to create a more open living area and a kitchen remodel that included new cabinets and countertops with an added kitchen island. We also replaced flooring in several other areas of our home. There were a few structural challenges that were professional addressed and overcome. The workmen were clean and courteous and the job was actually finished a couple weeks ahead of the initial timeline. The completed project truly exceeded expectations.

From start to finish both projects were done efficiently and to a high quality standard. We weren't really sure how to handle placing a cover over our existing slab. Brad came out and really helped us with design suggestions and we could not be happier with the end result. Really beautiful work. All minor problems we experienced along the way were handled swiftly to ensure we were happy even with the finest details. Brad was on the site every morning to check in on the progress of the work. We were also very impressed with Justin who managed all of the electrical work and went above and beyond to not only get the work done quickly but making sure everything matched and had a high quality appearance. Every worker from the builders, the painters, the stone workers etc... were all very professional and did an excellent job. This is not our first renovation project. We have used other companies before on indoor projects and Westphall honestly stood out as the best we've worked with so far. We will definitely use them again for any future renovation projects. We were 100% satisfied and I would highly recommend them to others.
