She was flexible regarding our schedule.  Her manner was very helpful and professional.  I was pleased.  However,many years worth of clutter cannot be cleared away in a single afternoon, and it's OUR job (not her's!) to do the work over the long term.  She did her part; now we must do ours.

There was no contact at all. Made wife POC as she is available all day and did not receive responses. Was told that calls were made, but didn't see any missed calls, no voicemail, etc. Had favorable reviews prior to ours, so perhaps it was just a bad time of the year or a busy time. Would like to give the benefit of the doubt.

I purchased a Big Deal  July 28th  and she emailed me saying she would call me before she came out. I haven’t hear from her since  July I gave her three dates that would work for me and they have since long passed.

Her service was excellent. She was great to work with. It was well worth the money. She charges by the hour and also works with you on the price. We sat together and worked hard all day. She changed my life.
