My experience with MSP was awesome.  From the start to the finish it was all great.  I treated myself to a "dream" closet...sorry hubby you can go to another room.  And I LOVE IT.  I'm saving up to do another closet at some point.  The employees and the install guys where great.  If you are thinking about doing a closet I would recommend them.

We had a designer come to our house to measure the office and then we sat with her while she came up with different office designs for us on her computer. Once we picked a style, we met at the showroom to order the hardware and schedule the installation. 
Everything was on time and right on schedule. We love our new office. 

We needed a fold-up bed for our office/guest room, as part of the renovations we were doing on our newly purchased house.  The people at More Space Place advised us on our options and helped us find the right solution.  They helped us choose styles, colors, materials, etc.  Then they installed the panel bed we'd chosen, about a week ahead of the time they estimated it would be finished.  The installation crew showed us how to operate and maintain the folding bed, and answered all of our questions.  A few days later someone called to follow up and make sure everything was still working out to our satisfaction.

Our salesperson/designer was Janet. She came to our home, took extremely accurate measurements, then went back to the office and created some very impressive 3-D computer renderings. We went to their location and she was able to show us both her renderings as well as many of the materials and parts she was recommending. She listened carefully, offered helpful suggestions, and gave us money saving ideas. What I most appreciated about her was that she was a nice juxtaposition of being enthusiastically friendly and, because she has so much experience designing useful spaces, she had all the information we needed at the tip of her fingers. We went back and forth through many iterations and she never once acted put out. Instead, she seemed to share our excitement about how the project was morphing into something really special. We finally put our signatures to paper, gave our deposit, and then waited a short six weeks to have the  basic parts pulled and assembled.
We were very excited when the installers showed up. Tony was the lead and there were three men altogether. They worked diligently for three days, doing custom cuts, doing some very artistic work to give the whole project the custom look we wanted from the beginning. The crew was punctual and incredibly polite and showing just the right amount of deference in the awkward situation of having three men walking through the house while we went about our daily activities. Whenever we had a question, they took the time to explain what they were doing and even made a few simple changes that we requested.
When they were finished, we found the results to be better than we had dreamed. We gained so much room in the pantry that it was only about half full when we put everything back in. Our closet design also gained us an enormous amount of room.
We are amazed at the space that we gained, but what's even better is how well the designs work in terms of organization. Everything has its own neat place. Janet's professionalism, experience, and creativity paid off, and the install crew's craftsmen-like quality and professional behavior helped allay our anxiety about having our precious home rattled about for a few days.

They properly set and met their expectations, we had to have some custom glass work outsourced and they didn't charge us any extra cost.  Even when they made an error, they took full responsibility for and are working to resolve it timely.  They were very thorough in the design process and were patient with my decision making.  I would highly recommend them.

We could not be happier with our closet. At every step of the process we were met with friendly and competent staff . Janet our designer took all the time we need to make decisions about the layout. The installers were timely and professional. Our only disappointment was the unavoidable 6 week delay between ordering our shelves and installation

Excellent. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. They are all beautiful. We worked primarily with Kayt in designing our projects. She was very helpful and responsive to all our needs. Very efficient. She gave great input as to what would work best for us. The installers were wonderful. They were friendly and professional. After they finished the closet, we asked for a few changes and they were happy to accommodate us. The job took most of 4 days. They were timely each day and finished the job on time. We feel that the cost was in line with the quality of the products and time to perform the job.

Excellent service and installation team is the best. This is the second time I've used them and I'm always impressed.  I would recommend them for anytime of cabinetry, closet renovation. I selected a Murphy bed for my granddaughter, but need cabinet all the way around the bed, with lateral file cabinets on the lower half for each side.  COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!!  Next the took that "awful" empty space above the original rods in my Master bedroom closet and installed DROP-DOWN rods.  It's like having 2 Master bedroom closets instead of one.  Installation was perfect...I couldn't even tell they had been there.  Not a speck of dust anywhere.

Janet was fantastic to work with. She made the experience fun and exciting. She was very patient while we worked through the layout and design of the various closets and pantry. Their prices were much better than their nationwide name-brand competitor, but the service and product were comparable, if not better.

Thay moved the bad and reinstalled it in may home... All went well. I well use them again

Lenore Callahan, the designer, responded immediately to my email request to create built-in lateral file drawers and shelving for a closet previously used for a sewing machine and storage.  Her demeanor was professional and she was so very responsive to my personal needs.  Within 10 days, she sent me the design plan, cost and estimated installation date.  One week prior to installation, Lenore and staff contacted me to say that everything was a "go" and we confirmed the time for the painter to do the necessary repairs to prep the closet (he was wonderful and left behind no evidence he had been to the house to take down a shelf, caulk, sand and paint) and the time the installer would be here the following day.  Ian (the young man who was the installer) arrive exactly on time, reviewed the design with me one more time, and set to work.....Since the lateral file drawers and the shelving were made to my specifications, it took over 5 hours...BUT I left him alone and he wasted not one minute of his time.  Every once in awhile, I took a peak in from the patio window, and he meticulously measured and leveled every shelf and divider and drawer.  IT IS PERFECT!!!  Better than I expected...even Ian left nothing behind and vacuumed before he left.  Everyone from Lenore, Dara, Mark - the painter, to Ian - the installer - were unbelievably professional and talented.  I'm so very happy!!!!  And from beginning to end - 25 days!!!!!!!!   Life is good.....and so is "More Space Place"!!
