"It was an excellent experience! My old Kenmore fridge (probably from the 90s) quit cooling/defrosting. After looking to replace it and finding thanks to the pandemic refrigerators are on backorder for months, I called 3 appliance repair companies who didn't call me back. I found Neli and was able to set up an appointment at a time I picked.. An incredibly patient tech (Chris C.) came chat on at the appointed time. I waited about 5 mins as he was wrapping up another call. I walked me through the diagnosis using a virtual support app on my phone. He was able to help me with taking things apart, helped me use our multimeter, and diagnosed the problem. I can do this repair myself. He gave me the exact part numbers and told me what I need to do. All for $35 for an hour on a Sunday. I can't believe how great this was. I thought I had to replace my refrigerator, but for $35 + $111 in parts (I could have gone cheaper but chose OEM) my refrigerator will return to health. Their website lists the tools you will need for a diagnosis/repair, make sure you have them ready. For refrigerators, you need a screwdriver (flat & phillips), a socket set, a multimeter, and theoretically a pair of pliers but I didn't use them. Also make sure your phone is charged (lesson learned)."

"DO NOT RECOMMEND. Scheduling is unprofessional, company seems very disorganized, tech no-showed first repair follow up. For full story read on: Had an initial warranty call through Lowes in February, no choices for who to use. Melissa came out, spent probably an hour with my washing machine, orders 4 parts. She did just fine, but that was the end of good experiences. Two months later and multiple calls to the office "it is backordered, we can't do anything." I call Lowes myself, end up with parts shipped direct to me, scheduled follow up and arranged my schedule around being available on a Friday. They never called, and office phone went straight to v/m after lunch. When I called the following Monday, "you didn't answer." Lies, I never had any missed calls that day. They reschedule me for the next Friday. Owner shows up this time instead. He is clueless, asking what parts were ordered and why- sir, I'm not a tech, this is why you people are here. He looked at it for a while, then said that something else was broken and Lowes was likely going to replace the machine. Maybe if yall hadn't taken 3 months to come out something else would not have broken! Owner also told me, when I told him their service and communication was lacking, that he could close my ticket and refer to some other company in Abilene. Even to file that report to replace the washer, it took them 3 full days and excuses "we can't reach the warranty company" until I called Lowes again myself complaining about why I wasn't hearing anything. Absolutely do not use this company if you have any choice, and if you are stuck with them due to warranty claims be prepared to do a lot of calling on your own because they won't lift a finger to help you."

"Warning to anyone looking at the positive reviews which is the mistake I made, had air dynamics come out to inspect and repair a leak from the air handler in our attic, once he looked at it he said that he cleaned the system out but that the drain pan had a leak he couldn’t locate and said either the service call for the cleaning was $130 or to replace the pan it would cost $1,245 I thought that’s quite a bit but I made the mistake of trusting that he was giving me a fair price based on the work and time, well once work was completed less than an hr, I inspected it and noticed they put the drain pipe above a 90dg angle making it impossible for it to drain, which I called them and they did come out and fix however after further research I found out that I was charged about double the normal rate for this type of job, got an itemized receipt which I was charged $958 just for the labor and charged $157 for a $20 float switch, yes they are responsive but way way overpriced, save yourself some money and look elsewhere."

If your refrigerator needs to be repaired, contact an appliance repair company to diagnose the issue and repair your refrigerator. It’s okay to leave it plugged in and running, but unplug it if it makes unusual noises.
Signs that your refrigerator may need repairs include:
Food items are not being held at the correct temperature (between 35 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit)
The fridge is using too much energy and seems to run all the time
Loud and/or unusual noises
Possible causes include:
A damaged door
Faulty condenser coil
Malfunctioning control board
Contacting an appliance repair professional as soon as possible can help save items in your fridge from spoiling. Common fridge repairs include the compressor, control board, thermostat, defrost motor, coils, and ice maker.
If you’re having problems with your dryer, contact an appliance repair professional as soon as possible to inspect and repair it. Having a faulty dryer can be a major inconvenience in the home.
Your dryer may need repairs if:
It isn’t turning on
It’s not releasing enough heat
The drum doesn’t spin
Common repairs include:
A damaged or worn-out belt or
Damaged or shorted electrical wiring
A control board malfunction
Dryers tend to overheat or become short-circuited over time, especially after heavy use. Other common dryer repairs include door switches, timers, and control boards.
If the unit is not under warranty, then you may want to call a reliable appliance repair technician to diagnose the issue and recommend a repair. Some of the most common washing machine issues are inadequate water supply to the unit, poor drainage due to clogging, leaks, and excessive vibration while washing. Like ovens, the cost to repair a washing machine will vary widely depending on which issue you’re experiencing.
The average cost to repair an appliance depends on the appliance, make, model, the part that needs repair, and how long it takes to replace or repair a part. The following are the average repair costs for the most common appliances:
Refrigerator: $200–$300
Freezer: $90–$500
Oven, cooktop, range: $100–$500
Microwave: $50–$400
Dishwasher: $160–$300
Garbage disposal: $70–$250
Washing machine: $50–$450
Dryer: $100–$400
Appliance repair contractors may charge $40 to $120 per hour for labor, and most also provide the replacement parts necessary at an additional cost. It’s also important to note that these prices can go up on holidays and emergency fees may apply if you need your appliance fixed immediately.
It's good to contact the manufacturer first to see if any warranties still exist, and if they have any specific repair persons they recommend. Some specialty units or smart units may require the assistance of a manufacturer-approved technician. Oven issues can be more challenging to diagnose than other appliances in the home because many of the parts are difficult to access for inspection or replacement. Some common oven repairs involve replacing damaged burners, heating coils, or electric cables. Purchasing additional parts, such as a new heating coil may also increase the total repair cost.
