Ace And Henry's Appliance

They replaced a fan motor on a freezer condenser. 2 weeks later I call them and tell them its making noise like something is wrong. They come over and look at and say " it sounds fine to me "  . 6 months laster I come home and the fan isnt running . I take off the bottom of the freezer cover and discover that fan has come off the motor and is laying in the bottom of the freezer.  
I call to let them know of the problem and they come right out. The service guys tell me they will replace the motor and I will need to pay the labor which I reluctantly said yes too. 2 days later the office calls me and tells me the motor is $129 and that the reason I have to pay for its is its out of warrenty. I told them now way I was paying and I would find someone else to do the work. I found the motor on ebay for $58 an put it on myself. Took me 20 min to fix the problem.

Had an Ice Maker problem with my refrigerator. Called ace and henry's, had an approximate time of 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Even though the tech that came to my house to work on the problem had a Doctor appt. he did call to let me know he was on his way. After he got to my house, he apologized for being late and got right on the problem. Luckily, it wasn't a major problem with the refrigerator, just fan blade that had come loose during the trip to Texas. Service call $55.00 plus tax. I will call them again if I have another appliance problem
