The next day, Tues, she called and left several messages before a return call and she was told by an unfriendly man that they would be there Next Tuesday! This was unacceptable so I called and spoke to Miguel explained she is 76yrs old & should not have to go w/o AC for another week and wanted it fixed Today...Miguel was very rude, unprofessional, arrogant & un willing to even consider they should fix their mistake. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS UN RELIABLE COMPANY TO ANYONE! I called American Home Appliance Ins and explained that we are not happy with this companies services and refuse to use them and they should too. I am waiting on call back from Ins co for new truly Reliable company to fix AC today.
