Our showroom is open the convenient hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday and 8:00am to 12:00pm on Saturday. I called All American Door to get my garage door fixed. What I didn't expect was for them to get someone to my house in under an hour! They got it fixed fast and at a great price. Thank you guys so much!

I called their office a 8 :OO AM, left a message & received a call back shortly after. Told them one of the door springs was broken, and they said they would have someone out today. I received a call at 10am saying the repair person could be there in 15 min. Reese was the repair person and recommended both springs be replaced as the second one would probably break before long. I agreed and he quoted a price of $289. The work was done promptly and Reese checked the door for proper adjustments. Reese has a very friendly personality and was a pleasure to do business with. No pressure to buy extras like some door companies do.

I called the next morning and a tech was able to get out promptly to fix it. I have used this company before as they installed the door and opener. It was explained to me that the life of the springs is 4 to 6 years. It would be $189 for one spring, and $289 to replace both. I decided that due to the age of the springs, I would get both repaced. He showed me what to do, what to use, and told me when to do it in order to keep the door parts properly lubricated. I really appreciated that. He was very friendly, competent and courteous. I will continue to use and highly recommend this company!

The cables came detached from my Garage Door and I was unable to lift the Garage Door due to the weight. I contacted All American Door Co. Mike sent me information about All American Door and was upfront about the cost for a service call. The technician Ryan arrived on time. Ryan explained that I would need a new spring replaced and took time to show me what how my old spring had failed. While he was there he also adjusted the down force on my opener and tightened it and then lubricated the door for me for no extra charge. He showed me how the circular pulley system worked and my wife and I invited him inside for a minute to have some water and he showed me some pictures of his family. We felt like we had known him for years. We tested the garage door multiple times and he had us up and going in about an hour. They also gave 10% off on my service call for being with Angie's list. A nice added perk. I would defiantly recommend these guys. Ryan even offered to replace a burned out light bulb on my opener. They were awesome.

It was obvious early on that the work was more involved than originally thought, but he stuck with it, several times checking on less expensive repair alternatives. He also refused being paid more than agreed, despite the extra time needed. He was also very helpful and patient in explaining the work as it progressed. There was no artifice or bluster in his manner. His honesty was refreshing and appreciated.

We were fortunate to have Ryan came out and fix our door the day after we called. He quickly assessed the problem and was able to fix it within an hour. He was extremely professional, personable, and honest in his work. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and gave me tips on what to look out for in the future. He works fast but is thorough and detail oriented. I would highly recommend All American Door to all my neighbors and friends. I will definitely be using them again in the future for all my garage door needs.

My only complaint is that I could not pin them down on time and late morning became late afternoon. But they were friendly and once the installer arrived he did a good job. I'll add that I hired All-American after a dreadful experience with a Super Service rated competitor.

they were excellent from start to finish! A REAL PERSON ANSWERED THE PHONE, and he scheduled my service for exactly the time i needed. RYAN arrived right on schedule. it turned out to be a small problem, so he did a general service on both doors and now they work SO SMOOTHLY. i super appreciate that ryan patiently answered my many questions, and that he helped me change the security code (which i could not figure out even with the instructions...!) now i understand how to maintain the openers and what to do next time this happens. THANKS!

When one of the springs to our garage door broke, I called All American Door Co. after seeing their ratings and reading reviews. I was quoted a price for replacing one and both springs. We had both springs replaced the next day for a reasonable price. Three weeks later, our garage door opener stopped working and my husband called them again because of their service and reasonable rates. They installed a new garage door opener and keypad for us. We highly recommend them.

Repairman knew exactly what was wrong upon hearing the grating noise--a part had become stripped. My opener is aged and I could have easily been talked into a new one. But the repairman was honest and let me know my options so I could make an informed decision best for me.

Both springs were changed in about an hours time and the door was lubricated. Ryan knew exactly what to do and wasted no time getting the job done. I only missed an hour of work since the repair went through lunch so that was good too. Job well done.

I spoke to Mike and he quoted me a price on the phone. The next morning, Anthony showed up at the appointed time and replaced the spring in about 30 minutes. The price I was quoted was what I paid.
