320 I hired Prater to replace 600 s/f of driveway and pour a pad for a 10x16 storage building. They screwed them both up. Pathetic, substandard concrete work. The pad was neither square, true, correct size or level. The Tuff Shed folks had a hard time making it work. Ryan Prater would not return...
We have a stained driveway and we had it redone. He was fantastic, knows his stuff and my?stupid driveway gave him?fits. He's been doing this for like I think he said 12 or 15 years and two things have happened on my driveway that he has never seen before he could not figure out what the heck...
It went well overall. Ran into an issue with the city inspector and permit, and changes to the code which resulted in addtional work. Stephen handled the situation extremely well and completed the job exceptionally. His crew made the driveway approach look excellent.
