Then Landmark sent Brenovations HVAC for an AC motor replacement, and that turned into exposed wires, bolts hitting fan blades, missing parts, and complete disregard for safety near my kids? play area. Both companies were unprofessional, negligent, and refused accountability. Landmark?s use of these contractors makes me seriously question the value of having a home warranty at all."

Smart door locks are safe to use and are usually considered safer than traditional locks with keys.   • They can input a lock’s identification code into a database to obtain key-cutting instructions.

  • They could analyze the lock cylinder to determine how to cut a new key.

  • They can create an impression of the lock cylinder from which to cut a new key.
