After a detailed assessment of the house and attic he sat down with me and explained the various options in detail. "DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, there are enough Pest Control Companies that conduct business in an ethical manner, save yourself the headache before its too late. They claim to service from property line to property line but yet, I have the same pests as I did before. Due to this, I called to cancel my service after 2 full servicing's and one spot treatment and not seeing a reduction in pests. Nothing is more frustrating than paying for a service and still have to deal with the inconvenience in which the service is suppose to alleviate. During the cancelation, I was told I would be responsible for the cancelation fee, to which I was reluctant because they were not providing the services they had promised and there for not holding up their end of the deal. I can understand differently if it was due to my own reasons and not the quality of service they are providing. Regardless of my position on the cancelation fee, their contract states I have 30 days to remit payment, but ins"

Bugabug Pest Control began in June 1999. Mark Foltz, the owner, has worked in this industry for 28 years, both as a top producer for a world-wide company and as a technician. The glimmer of Bugabug flickered when Mark could not continue to support a company that sold service to its customers but did not live up to their service agreement. The Foltz family had a 3 month old son, $3000 in the bank a used truck that had to be fumigated, and faith. Mark wanted to supply a service based on honesty, affordability, and dependability. With an add in the Greensheet, miles of putting out fliers, word of mouth, and out-of-the-ordinary and dependable first rate service, Bugabug has grown into a two-location company that serves over 20 counties.
