Lane was very informative and listened to our requests and drew up our plans as we asked , was very attentive to our plans and was able to get our plans back to us in a timely manner. Would highly recommend Lane , we have a beautiful home thanks to Lane

I had a TERABLE experience with Lane. The builder could not build off his plans and I had to have another architect redraw and fix over 20 things that prevented this house from being built. I first called Lane and he answered and talked to me for over an hour about how he was the right chose and he was local and could meet any time! After going back and forth way too many times, because he did not understand what it was trying to say in a text, I asked to meet to get it all resolved. He then informed me (after collection his deposit) that he does not meet with his clients only through text and email. I could type a 100-page book on how unprofessional and uncooperative he was, but I am going to just leave it at this, RUN from this guy!!! Lane was great to work with. It was kind of like a tennis match. I'd suggest something I wanted to add, and he'd get right back to me with the updated plan. He even worked over the weekend! I thought I could do this project myself (design my barndominium), but Lane came up with so many ideas I hadn't thought of. I ended up expanding the scope of work to include a complete electrical layout, and am so glad I did. I can now take the designs and hand them over to the builder confident that they are professional and accurate.
